It's astonishing people continue to leave their mics open during hearings on other matters. I'm on BlueJeans right now and there's an attorney who has repeatedly kept her mic open, interrupting other matters with chit chat, slammed doors and ringing phones. At some point, these people deserve public shaming.
Ok, spill – what have you heard? There has to be some good stuff!
This is most law offices.
The host has the capacity to mute anyone on the line.
The courts I'm in would rather yell at the people who have left their mics on.
What is astonishing is that so many of you pedantic, political science, pontificating democrats promote policies based on illegitimate fears of a Chinese virus that is no worse than the seasonal flu. Many of your democrat mayors are ruining big cities when they should be arresting rioters. I welcome the November miracle when the Chinese virus disappears after Joe Senile and Kamala Sell-out are elected. If they aren’t elected, what pandemic will the democrats use next? Putin only kills his electoral opponents. Democrats kill the country.

The 10:30 a.m. post lacks any citation to fake statistics or scientific studies, so it probably didn't come from one of Putin's troll-farms in Romania. More likely it came from a basement here in the United States. Relax Billy or Timmy, or whatever your name is — your mom is making your lunch right now. Take a deep breath . . . another Duck Dynasty rerun will be on soon.
I hug 10:30!
There's information here that supports the argument that government is wrong in the way we handle the pandemic:
https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/excess_deaths.htm
I think the CDC is reliable.
I too think the CDC is reliable. I also agree that there is a lot of information available on that website. I do not, however, see how that information supports the argument that the government is wrong in the way we handle the pandemic. Please explain.
If Biden wins, 10:30 AM is gonna be in for some cognitive dissonance whiplash when the virus is still around for many months.
10:30,although I believe that in may aspects we should be more aggressive about re-opening, I do have a couple pieces of advice for you.
First, dial down the extreme hostility and vicious contempt toward those who do not agree with you 100% of the time on 100% of the time.
Secondly, you may find it rewarding to exercise some independent thought, and consult reliable data(both economic and medical), rather than mindlessly parroting whatever talking points are now in vogue with Fox news talking heads.
Everything you have said I have heard a million times from right-wing politicians and commentators, but usually more articulately, and without the degree of hostility, you express.
Steve Bannon may have an exciting investment opportunity for you.
Funny how the same lowlifes who created the Russia hoax out of thin air and prosecuted innocents like General Flynn are so excited that Bannon has been charged with abusing his nonprofit entity. If the same standard were applied to, say, the Clinton Foundation or United Way, the prisons would be full.
As an attorney I cringe watching the left again and again using malicious prosecution and systemic corruption of our judicial system to advance an agenda that is meant to strip Americans of what's left of their freedom.
10:30 is not alone in seeing through the nonsense of a complete surrender of liberty for a BS pandemic.
It's never about the underlying misconduct. It's always about keeping score and whether the reds are being treated as fairly as the blues (spoiler alert: they never are). Am I the only one that gets sick of this shit?
10:30 — A masterful compendium of every Republican contrivance. Remember not to mail your ballot until November 5th. Your country is counting on you, Comrade!
FFS, still with the "created the Russia hoax out of thin air" even after the GOP-led Senate Select Committee on Intel. report Vol. 5? https://www.intelligence.senate.gov/sites/default/files/documents/report_volume5.pdf
Read it 2:30. Then stop regurgitating your nonsense.
Don't bother 2:30 with facts, it will just confuse him. Besides, 2:30 just completed his OAN Bingo Card: He used Russia hoax, malicious prosecution, systemic corruption, surrender of of liberty, and BS pandemic in the same post (didn't even need to use the free space). Enjoy the $20 gift card to Golden Corral!!
He (or she, or they) also gets one free My Pillow and a can of Goya beans!
10:30 is an angry likely fringe character. But there is a kernel of truth in that post. Biden is senile. Kamala is a sell out– as are ALL politicians. This does not make DJT / Pence better or worse for me as they are all corrupt and have very little concern with what is happening on Las Vegas Blvd. I will decide in the booth– or my kitchen table.
I agree that there are questions about the reliability of COVID data provided by government. "No-mask" people argue about "harvesting." Good explanation of mortality displacement (harvesting) here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortality_displacement
Could be some validity to "harvesting" theory but we will not know for years.
CDC Chart here showing "excess deaths" seems to support that COVID is serious but not "that" bad: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/excess_deaths.htm
Evidence seems somewhat reliable that COVID has much greater impact on over 55 yrs. with comorbidity and for nursing home patients in NY, MI and FL. Younger people don't have the same problems as elderly. Based on this fact, I agree that the economy could open more– but the anti-mask crowd refuses to be compliant to simply wearing a mask and distancing. So, we are stuck.
Overall, my view is that not ALL of the questions from the "no-mask" crowd are bad questions. Many are legitimate.
What really sticks in my craw is the free pass afforded protestors and rioters. What are the democrat mayors and governors doing to prevent this kind of behavior: https://rb.gy/qup09i (Not a Rick Roll). Apparently, nothing and it is disgraceful.
Call me old-fashioned but this lawlessness is unacceptable. Am I right? Or is this now acceptable and I missed something?
We are the goon squad and we're coming to town. Beep-beep Beep-beep
Yes, "out of thin air" with the Clintons paying for the fabrication of the Steele Dossier and Obama personally ordering the wiretapping. This timeline is a start. Warning: if you have relied on NPR, CNN, NYT, etc., for "news" it will take while to make the transition to reality. Do it. Sunny here!
Oh yeah, totally gonna read something from the woman who thinks vaccines cause autism.
He had my "wires tapped!"
Hey, Barbara Buckley, my client is waiting 9 weeks on PUA claim that was approved. What gives? And I know there are people waiting way longer than her. Mother with bills to pay.
Twelve weeks on a standard UI claim here.
Hey mods, why did ya take down the Martz-Alvarado v. Truax post?
The case is available.

The spectacular, solid gold Nevada Court of Appeals. I am being sarcastic.
It's become obvious that someone has a personal axe to grind with a particular judge in the NCOA. As we've stated previously with these types of comments, we won't allow this blog to be utilized as a platform for pursing personal vendettas.
Who is subject Court of Appeals judge?
thanks Law Dawg
The original post did not reference any specific judge. One of the replies may have referenced a judge, but that is no reason to delete the original post. I agree that it has become obvious that a person, or persons, has an axe to grind with a certain COA judge. However, some of the critical posts due in fact raise legitimate issues. Deleting any and all posts that reference a judge is in my opinion not appropriate. After all they are public figures, and as such, are subject to criticism.
