It'll be at the LdS chapel in Logandale at 11 am Thursday the 17th . The chapel is across the street from the Moapa valley HS

Well said. All three great men who we lost. Dr. Harter is my obgyn. My sincerest condolences to the Harter family. They are a nice family. What a tragedy.

Omg I loved that man. He ruled against me many times in court but I truly felt he tried to be fair. I’m so depressed. Just awful. I practice 100% family law so I knew him well. So sad.

As a legal professional, probably my favorite family court Judge. You never know another person's struggle. Hate he went out like this. RIP.

Yeah, I never sensed anything from him that would worry me. He seemed self assured, maybe a little disinterested sometimes. Not a happy guy, though. But, I don't know many happy judges. He just seemed so mentally strong and smart. He always taught me something when I entered his courtroom.

He is missed.
