Re the 'Rider SOS' – on their website they list an address of 601 South Rancho Drive, Suite C-20, LV NV 89106. On their FB page they have a posting for an ad for 'LegalRide.com'. That website lists a law firm with an address of 601 South Rancho Drive, Suite C-20, LV NV 89106, and the website lists two attorneys – Damon Schuetze and Jennifer Ferris. Schuetze's complete profile is about motorcycles and dedication to them so I'm thinking that's the match.
Legal Ride is one of the firms associated with Rider SOS. Damon Schuetz (of Schuetz and MaGaha) is one of the attorneys over there. Rider SOS does great work, regardless of who is helping the injured parties.

Actually, the caucuses are being run by the same people who want to tell you they can set up a working single payer health system, with all medical personnel running around with a web app on a tablet.
I don't think anyone has suggested we let the treasurer and IT director for the Iowa State Democratic Party design and implement a single payer system. Always cool to find out the people who hate on government don't understand how it works on even a basic level.

sorry you misunderstood. It was more of a slam against Democrats, who generally share "feel good" sentiments but have little understanding of the fiscal side or appreciation of the practical aspects and consequences of implementation.

Excellent question. Perhaps you should forward it to Pelosi asking what the Dems will vote to cut? Don't forget to inquire about what the House will do about unfunded mandates.
How about cutting out the tax break for multi billionaires? Republicans are not fiscally conservative. They just spend in different ways. 45 is a prime example.
3:11, unfunded mandates? That's a federal law mandating the states do something. Has nothing to do with the federal deficit you dolt.
Fact is Trump inherited a deficit from Obama and decided it was a great idea to double it by giving out tax breaks even if the "dynamic" scoring model showed they wouldn't pay for themselves.
Let's use an app as the sole way of communicating results. Then, let's make the app dependent on the WiFi at the local middle school. Also, let's make sure we first deploy the app in the oldest, whitest part of the US between Utah County and Broward County, so we can really get the tech-savvy juices flowing. Finally, let's make the app not so much an app as a mobile website interface, putting all the strain on the single website. And of course, let's not test this at all before putting it into action.

Yes you can. You can upload at same time you filed complaint and it will be electronically issued.

Make sure you select the "Summons Electronically Issued – Service Pending" (code is SEI) when you upload the summons for the clerk to issue. If you just select 'Summons' it will file-stamp the document you upload as if it was already manually issued by the clerk.

Trump just hit a home run with the SOTU address. The liberals couldn't even applaud a 100 year old soldier. The liberals seemed to object to characterizing Venezuela as socialist. The Democrats are really out of touch with middle America. What they don't understand is that just because the media and Hollywood support something doesn't make it mainstream. Take out California, basically morphing into a third-world country, and conservatism would rag doll and eliminate any pretensions of those conservative in nature but kind of hiding because of media, "polite company," etc. i.e., the majority who are conservative and moral (in principle being the same) would feel free to be more open. Cali has a real numbing and dumbing effect on the country.
