What I recall is that Eglet Adams locked Dennis Prince out of their building and reported Prince to the Bar, but after Prince was murdered, Eglet was in the press (getting exposure) saying Prince was a dear friend. I do not think Prince felt that way.
That show is fantastic…definitely not for the faint of heart, though. Can trigger major health anxiety.

“You want a finger? I can get you a finger, believe me. There are ways, Dude. You don’t wanna know about it, believe me. Hell, I can get you a finger by 3 o’clock this afternoon… with nail polish.”
I was thinking more like obtaining a pair of replacement eyes in Minority Report.

I voted in the State Bar Board of Governors Election and I was just asked to vote again. The company the State Bar uses sent out ballots asking to vote for four candidates when it should have been 5. Can the State Bar get it right? I urge everyone to vote. The email ballot comes from Yes Elections not the State Bar. So be on the look out for it.
Does it really matter?
It seems to me that the SBN is focused 1) on a vacation disguised as an annual meeting 2} not doing anything to protect our profession, as compared to for example, the various physician groups who support their members in legislative activities. The BOG seems irrelevant, except for the occasional letter in the bar magazine.
It would be a real plus to have a member bar separate and apart from the licensing and discipline functions, kind of like a union that actively works to protect its members and trade.
10:44 here again. One more thought, the licensing function is headed down the drain anyway. Now a 100-question online test, in a few years likely no exam, admission solely by obtaining a JD.

Voting-Cast my ballot today for the five State Bar Board of Governors. My picks were Terry Coffing, Andrew Craner, Joel Henriod, Robert Draskovich and Tom Edwards.
Also interesting: she has only two donors with Pahrump addresses; paid $6,474.73 to KPMV (the Pahrump TV station where she has paid for 14 episodes over 7 hours to tell about how her now pardoned conviction is just a witch hunt).
I disagree. There’s been a fairly predictable downward spiral cycle for those in Trump’s orbit who have failed to acheive their personal goals. I think we all know what the next step is for Fiore once she loses the next judicial election.
Robert Eglet to be inducted into the prestigious Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame. Want to take bets he does not mention Dennis Prince?

To be fair, I don’t think Eglet felt that way. He just said he did.
why would he?
How is this in any way about Dennis Prince?
re: misplaced severed finger
Sound like the basis for an episode of The Pitt
Ogilvie or Whitaker, for sure.
Ogilvie!

Trump Princess Michele Fiore claims she donated $95k to herself. https://www.nvsos.gov/SOSCandidateServices/AnonymousAccess/ViewCCEReport.aspx?syn=oFye6ZLXVfw1JtA%252fu9oiIQ%253d%253d

All thing Fiore related have become boring

Also interesting that she listed a Vegas address and not the Pahrump property in which she purportedly resides.
She’s not smart enough to keep up with her own lies.
