Didn't Cuomo throw a fit when a northeastern state did the same thing to New York?

Your link for "•A local charter school alleges it paid $1.6 million" is misidentified.

Just saw something funny on a local listserve. One lawyer asks a question about cases getting dismissed involuntarily. A second lawyer refers to some caselaw, and adds that "memory tells me there was a recent case concerning [lawyer who tends to be in the news for all the wrong reasons]." Then lawyer #3 (who apparently works for that particular bad news bear) responds saying that there was no such case, and second lawyer "should check your facts before slandering law firms on the internet."

I am purely a witness to the exchange, but I think it's hilarious that lawyer #3, who works for a guy who is basically libel-proof because of all the reprimands and bad cases against him, is threatening a lawyer for (possibly) misremembering a case.

Anyway, carry on.
