Can anyone provide any advice in getting your appellate bond refunded from EJDC? Thank you!

Are your offices complying with the mask mandate? If so, are employees required to provide their own masks? Asking for a friend.

No. My office is full of attorneys who understand public health issues better than medical professionals. For those unaware, experts don't know anything anymore. Your bosses intuition is better than anything the experts have to say.

10:38 AM,

I know, right? These experts have proven fallible, so why listen to them at all? I'm so glad that, as Americans, we don't just follow the experts like those idiots in Europe. Bunch of socialists!

"experts" – my vote for most overused and inaccurate descriptor of 2020.

Corona-Covid might have started out as another pathogen, but it has become beyond politicized. The Dems have openly admitted Trump was on a roll to win by a landslide because of the strong economy, lower crime rates, and his record popularity among blacks.

And, just like that, the economy is in the toilet (esp in states run by Dems), crime is skyrocketing as criminals are freed willy nilly like it's the 70's again, and BLM started a race war.

2020 will be memorable. I hope it's memorable because the deep state finally lost its iron grip, and the USA once again became a beacon of freedom and hope.

In the meantime, say no to masks.

11:15: I actually agree with your first sentence, but you lost me at saying Trump had “record popularity among blacks.” The early March NBC/Wall Street Journal poll that you are referring to gave Trump a “14% approval rating among black voters with every 8 out of 10 African Americans stating that they are uncomfortable with the possibility of him getting re-elected for another four years.”

I guess that I ask out 20 women on a date and I get 3 dates and 17 rejections, with 16 out of the 20 women stating that they are uncomfortable with the possibility of being alone with me, I can declare that I have record popularity with women. I can’t wait to tell my mom.

Nah, they were concerned that unlike Romney's 4% or whatever among blacks, Trump was going for 20%+

And I am more the 1 out of 20 kind of guy, and I still did fine and gave my mom beautiful grandkids. Persistence: A virtue even TDS sufferers have to admit Orange Man has in spades.

My office required masks in all public places such as bathrooms, lobbies etc. prior to the Order from the Governor.

All the more reason to work from home. Don't miss the office. I roll out of bed and am billing before I even brush my teeth. Living the dream.

To summarize 11:15, "Trump was going to win and will now lose because of a virus pandemic and because another black person got killed by police in a not-even-close-to-justifiable use of force creating a perfect example of systemic racism against the black population."

Because of that, don't wear masks.

Jeeeesus.

12:39: Don't use the Lord's name in vain. Turns out that the officers followed departmental procedures and will likely be acquitted. Having watched the full footage of the deceased dirtbag's actions, I think the officers acted with incredible restraint.

There is no such thing as systemic racism. Pure communist claptrap.

I agree 1:46. They clearly showed incredible restraint. His offense was a clear example of one warranting the immediate extrajudicial killing of a citizen without due process of the law.

In the wise words of Prince John, "I sentence you to sudden, instant, and even immediate death!"

It seems the Dems want mail-in ballots because smart people will be very hesitant to post a ballot with their name on it in a political environment where Trump voters are doxxed and otherwise targeted.

That is the beauty of the polls. I can say I love Biden to my friends and then vote Trump. Not so with mail in ballots. That is scary. I lied to a pollster this weekend because it's too dangerous to admit to supporting Trump. I need my job and hate confrontation.

Why cant they just accept the intimidation and vote the way we want? Just because we seek to destroy their businesses and their reputations is no reason to be dishonest with us. Lying is wrong.

I have been dying to wear my Trump face mask in public but my wife has convinced me that it is not worth it. She's terrified that I'd end up severely beaten or dead.

11:33 – WTF are you talking about? Why would you "post" your ballot to the public? Mailed-in ballots are secret, just like in-person ballots. If you want to lie to everyone and pretend you're not an idiot, then vote idiotic, you are still able to do so, whether you do it by mail or in person. Unless you're too stupid to figure out how to do that?

@3:04 – are you being sarcastic? If not – wow, you are really stupid. Take a look around at who is crying victim, it is not the Republicans. I do not know any republican Antifa members, Black Lives Matter members or the like. In fact, most of my repub friends keep their mouths shut and are waiting until November to be heard.

Yes, I was being sarcastic. I think the tendency of conservatives to play the victim in everything is tiresome. Look at the shut downs. Conservatives were positively hysterical over not being allowed in bars and barber shops – hardly the same thing as protesting the extrajudicial execution of black men at the hands of the State.

Just look at Twitter. Many conservatives have treated a few people being banned for posting bigoted or harassing material as part of some grand conspiracy against conservatives writ large (despite the complete lack of evidence supporting such a claim). Many have run to Parler, which is ironically banning leftists for posting rote liberal opinions.

@1:20 The use of the word 'post' is interchangeable with the word 'mail' in the UK. I'm guessing the person either is a big Harry Potter fan or is from the UK.

So did the Chief Judge make this comment directly to the Chief clerk? Was it made while others were listening? Did he call her "street smart" in an email or text? Was he given time to apologize and did she accept his apology? And if she did accept his apology, could they have moved on and be done with it? This is where we have arrived. An apology is no longer enough for saying something that is offensive, even if the speaker had no intention of offending or causing harm.

Is saying someone is "street smart" always racists, or only in certain circumstances? Seems like I probably should just stop talking to everyone out of fear of being a misogynist, a racist, pissing off a cop, etc. See ya in Utopia boys, I mean people (is that acceptable?)

I have a pacemaker and identify as a MachPerson so please do not exclude me by referring to "people." I am quite offended and may call Taylor Swift for some publicity and/or march the streets for "justice" while demanding to defund the blog. Please be more considerate. #MachPerson #LGBTQ+%$&AZIFJE #PeopleThatAren'tPeopleArePeopleToo
