Does anyone else find it odd that Chesnoff and Schonfeld both appear together regularly for routine hearings? It doesn’t seem very efficient for a couple of (presumably) busy lawyers.
They do that for all of the high roller / celebrity / high publicity cases.
Our weak-ass judges piss their judicial pants when they see those two coming. It’s gotta’ be demoralizing for a hard working DA to know that every ruling will be in the defense’s favor.

Ballou needs to be taken off the bench, like today. What justification can anyone make that she could continue to serve as a judge?

Defendant commits a series of heinous crimes. Gets a reprieve, which I respect, actually. Sometimes it is warranted. But the hint in the news stories is that Def plays games and works the system (I have not read the NSC briefings.
I am wondering if the “fear” that her child is going into the system is yet another game. Do not make more out of it than it is. I do not take joy in either her crimes, her court case or the fate of her baby. I am just curious. So, you can fuck right off.
Children are the collateral damage of their parent’s poor choices. I am speculating that the Defendant put more effort into her crime spree than she did choosing her “baby daddy.” Glad she is not my biological mother.

Some one should start requesting lists of all the judge’s “donors” in order to evaluate any potential bias.
@3:57…there is no need to request them they are available online and they are required to update them throughout the election process and after the election.
Such a list is already available on the Secretary of State’s website. Extremely helpful. Judicial candidates are required to report any donation over $100.
