Wealthy Las Vegas businessman who lives at Red Rock Country Club. Just went through a very messy divorce and custody battle. Had criminal problems two decades ago, involving minor girls.

Honestly, it's no surprise to see a federal court to go the opposite route of our state court judges on the very same issue.

The Nebraska case has a very notable difference. Nebraska did a very complete job of keeping the execution protocol secret, including exactly who the manufacturer of the drugs was. Fresenium was unable to prove that it was Fresenium's drug being used in the Nebraska execution. Nevada was not as good at keeping it secret. Now whether executions should have any modicum of secrecy on these issues is a different question.

So Stubbs is publicly shaming his cousin (at her business) bc her son is friends with the guy he wants prosecuted?? Not sure how that actually helps him move toward his goal of getting the guy prosecuted.

Sherrill Graff was naming the victim publicly. Calling her out stopped it. Good job Stubbs.

The Current doesn't seem to have a very journalistic approach. They read like a tabloid.
