Does anybody else get Chuck Muth's emails? I am a Republican and a conservative and they make me cringe. They are almost Republican strawman self-parody written by a Democratic operative. Muth degrades the Republican/conservative brand in Nevada.

Holy shit no joke! From his website: "Chuck's "business" is irritating liberals. He's very good at it and does it in a variety of ways…"

Wow, that's … productive? I guess?

I am considering voting for the joke candidates just to increase the chances of the general election being interesting. Convince me otherwise?

We all thought Trump was a funny joke a year ago. Now he is an existential threat to the Republic. Democracy is not a joke or a reality TV show.

Existential threat? He just wants to make America great again. Where's the problem?

I don't see any incumbents who won't make it through the primary.

Serious question, what's wrong with Johnson?

Nothing is wrong with Johnson (I voted for him) …..except that he is not being supported by Voldemort*

"He Who Must Not be Named" is supporting Anat Levy who has never litigated a case in front of ANY Nevada Judge and has no office in Nevada. And if by chance I am wrong about that, please correct me. But when I asked Anat Levy those questions on her Facebook election page AND through her "electanat" website, she chose not to answer those questions, confirm or deny.

*Voldemort is the archenemy of Harry Potter, who according to a prophecy has "the power to vanquish the Dark Lord". Nearly every witch or wizard dares not utter his unmentionable name, and refers to him instead with such expressions as "You-Know-Who", "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" or "the Dark Lord".

12:36 here…I was not aware that she practiced law out of a UPS store mail box. Her website states that her address is "5841 E. Charleston Blvd., #230-421 | Las Vegas, NV 89142". And google identifies that address as "The UPS Store – #4471, LAS VEGAS, NV –
https://lasvegas-nv-4471.theupsstorelocal.com/
The UPS Store. 5841 E CHARLESTON BLVD STE 230. LAS VEGAS, NV 89142

Her bar record also shows that private mail box/drop as her address. Thanks for confirming for all the readers that she has no office in Nevada.

Voting for Annette Johnson. Eric Johnson has no office he owns. He thinks he owns his bench, that is why he needs to be moved out.

Levy was admitted to the bar in Nevada just five years ago and spent all of her career in California. A case search shows she has never handled a case of record in Clark County in her name as counsel. How is she qualified to be a judge.

It is nice to see the Johnsons, while on the bench, with our tax dollars bashing Annette Levy. Go Annette!

Dear 3:00…

She is every bit as qualified as the last judge elected with no record of litigating in Nevada…Elizabeth??? what was her last name??? started with an H?

Dear 3:03… no one is bashing your candidate. Just highlighting the facts related to her Nevada experience and the fact that it is extremely difficult to practice law out of a P.O. Box.

The funniest aspect of this subject is that maybe, just maybe, on a good day, this blog MIGHT sway somewhere between 20 and 50 voters! I can't wait to see if anyone wins or loses by that kind of margin.

The question is how many readers will actually be swayed by the writings of anonymous posters?

I will always put my name on any post, I don't run, I don't hide. This statement is coming from a person using the name Anonymous, that's hilarious. In addition you replace my name with Voldemort, so I cant respond, so I cant defend myself. WOW! Look up the definition of coward idiot! I am right here come get me!

I don't trust Johnson. You should look up the posting of when he was appointed by Sandoval. His wife is already on the bench. Eighth Judicial District court is not a family affair.

I like Johnson. In civil cases, he does a very good job. Smart, reads everything, tries to get it right even when it goes against my client.
