For those unfortunate few of you who have never been part of the construction defects bar (“CD bar”), you are probably unaware that this is the high holy week of the Dirt Court. Yes, it’s sweeps time again–that one week a year where the CD bar comes out of the woodwork and flocks to Judge Earl’s courtroom for three days of non-stop fun and excitement. Think of it like spring break for the CD bar. Only it’s fall instead of spring and it features the CD bar instead of attractive, young co-eds.
Anyway, here’s your chance to spill, vent, gossip, or otherwise enlighten the rest of us about the CD bar’s annual get-together.
I swear I heard someone humming the theme to the Three Stooges this morning as the judges took the stand.
Ya, heard that myself~Sure sounded the same as the humming vibe that came from the likes of Steve Jones, Jimmerson, and their side-kick, that attorney who represents ScumDogs, as long as their address is located @InSewerPipes under the Charleston St Bridge – DraculoDraculovich (what a cast of characters this guy has represented in his legal career-Bloomfield/Snowden/Certificate
Fraud among others). Construction defects, housing board fraud dance, all replicating the Steve Jones Ponzi Ensemble in a JazzVenue. Talk about how this ?-Blog-? just IGNORED a totally REVEALING EVENT in the ANALS of Clark County Judicial History (20-count Federal indictment against Steve Jones 10/31/12). That's what ya call LET'S JUST PRETEND THAT IT'S NOT HAPPENING and JUST IGNORE IT AND PEOPLE WILL THINK IT DID NOT HAPPEN. Are ya gettin a taste of The Tsunami In The Middle of the Desert Yet? Steve Jones may be in the eye of the storm right now; but do know, all his cohorts and all those who benefited from his abuse of power dating back to 1996 are caught in the outer waves circulating to center. Forgot there are some ScumDog attorneys in your part who interpret allegorical speech as making a Terroristic Cyber Threat. How pitifully sad for them – they cannot twist and JUDICIALLY shape THEIR-warped-TRUTH to their liking any more.
