Yay Judge Sturman!! I was so disgusted by the various "legal" challenges made locally. I was very surprised Judge Boulware gave them so much of his time.

Have you been to federal court? Those folks have nothing going on. The judges hear one or two matters per day. Of course he gave it time, he was probably bored (not ruling on pending motions).

Plus with all of the Bourne Valley stays he issued, Boulware had no other cases cooking.

4:51, you do understand how the Supremacy Clause works and that Trump will appoint Scalia's successor and maybe 1-2 more in the next few years? Heller and McDonald aren't going anywhere.

5:05– Pretty sure Trump has never little to do with Stiglich's appointment to the Nevada Supreme Court.

He's saying that, if this new NSC Justice issues an anti-2A opinion, then it'll be fixed on appeal to SCOTUS because 2A is a federal issue and Trump era SCOTUS will have an interest in that sort of thing.

Have a good day Internet bud!
