Three times? at this point I would find the cost of the multiple trials outweighs whatever the iota of chance the DA has to convict the guy…and it seems they havn't had a good chance at convicting him anyway (unless they are using inadmissible evidence as they did before)

Nothing about Franchise Tax Board of California v. Hyatt? I mean, I can't think of anything amusing to say about a case where the Supreme Court tells the Nevada Supreme Court not to be so snotty about California. But surely somebody else can?

I should have been more specific– and (b) are you happy with them and (c) what do they charge for a standard serve?

We have used AMPM Legal Services for the past two years and have been happy with them.

They charge $45 for a standard serve in Clark County per address. They'll try an unlimited number of times per address until they determine that it is the wrong address or the person is intentionally avoiding service.

I have used Richard at Report to Court for at least 7 years. He is quick, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. He will email you his form upon request. Richard Etienne, reporttocourt@gmail.com

After reading the story about Judge Burr, I almost regret not seeking a county job after leaving law school. I've made significantly more per year in private practice than the county job would have ever paid, but adding 75% of my pay annually to my 401(k) savings would be nice.

Stay in private practice for 15-20 years. Make enough money and then go to the public sector for the benefits. Make sure to invest wisely the money that you make (real estate, stock market) and you should be more than fine.

I have been in private practice for 17 years, like I said, I make significantly more annually, but all I have is my 401(k) and savings. I have to say, I'd love me some pension benefits.

I find that curious. The main partner in my firm has been practicing about 17 years too and it seems like he can just walk away any time he wants. What are us 4-5 year attorneys supposed to be doing with the money that we make? Its seems that I am just paying down debt and waiting for a big PI case.

Message to Voldemort. Please stop e-mailing me about your endorsement interviews. I do not think one human being on this planet cares who you endorse for anything except yourself. Additionally, how many times do the voters of Clark County have to tell you they DO NOT want you elected to any political office?

I will always put my name on any post, I don't run, I don't hide. This statement is coming from a person using the name Anonymous, that's hilarious. In addition you replace my name with Voldemort, so I cant respond, so I cant defend myself. WOW! Look up the definition of coward idiot! I am right here come get me!

There should be a requirement in Nevada politics to disclose on every advertisement one's number of previous unsuccessful attempts at elected office. Put a stop to the multiple running game that is Nevada elections. People only vote for these candidates because they appear familiar, likely not even knowing they ran and lost a number of times prior.
