Following up on the the recruiter discussion yesterday, what methods have you found successful for finding good candidates for associate positions?
Not a hiring manager, but I’ve successfully landed jobs after cold applying to a firm I wanted to work for, recruiter (though, I’ve since then I’ve had both good and bad recruiter experience), LinkedIn and word of mouth.
