I know its part of the job, but having the only 100/100 rating and your website is littered with "Sample Case Results" showing just how many people accused of raping children you got off the hook might not be the best way to go.
As to the reactionary views regarding love between different aged persons, the day will come when dinosaurs like 10:20AM will be gone, and society will embrace that a person who is 50 in biological years can be on any given day six (6) years old at heart and play fun games like touch the wee wee or hide the wee wee with other six year olds in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
Becker's website is excellent. I am firing my web guy today!

Good hell, now I have to worry about how many "Lawpoints" I have on Lawyer.com? It's bad enough dealing with Avvo, where the attorneys who advertise through the site magically have a 10/10 rating, and lawyers like Sam Lionel are only rated a 7.6. Just another scam to get your advertising money.
Practically Nude??? Let's remember that shirtless women enjoy the same rights as shirtless men in many parts of the country. http://time.com/3834365/map-topless-laws/ Will Nevada be next?

Does anyone have a recommendation for an expert witness (comparing two cities) in a child relocation case? Thank you
The Lawyer.com article is a joke. That was a press released from his own firm. It is a paid membership/advertising site. People are thinking of Lawyers.com, which is a (relatively)objective attorney assessment and his only client review on there is a 3.8. Lawyer.com is pay to play. Not newsworthy. Need better filters!

Lawyer.com actively knocks off lawyers.com (which is Lexis/Martindale). It is pay to play. It is a scam (with many trademark infringing elements of Martindale). Its a joke. I cannot believe the blog writer fell for it as being newsworthy.
It clearly is because you are talking about it. Michael IS an excellent attorney, but the associates he sends out are usually half retarded, further proof that anybody can pass the bar. However, marketing is a necessary evil and don't hate just cause he's good at it.
the blog writer fell for it to get this type of conversation going.

The 53 per cent pass rate on the February exam is more or less consistent with prior administrations of the exam. It is much easier to pass today than ever in the past. The proof is the high pass rate for the Boyd people. The exam is no longer a problem for them. There is no backlog of repeaters. The February exam consists of repeaters and out of state attorneys who do not prepare and consequently fail. Each time a person fails the chances of passing is lower and lower.
Each time a person fails…what's your source for that one.

I failed the NV bar on my first attempt and passed on my second. I don't know where you got your stats from but I took the same bar review course my second go round. I just made adjustments to my studying because I knew where I went wrong my first time. A bunch of my former classmates failed the NY bar on their first attempts and passed on their second.
Thank you for keeping the blog alive Michael.
too bad he's not "voted" as "top lawyer" like naqvi… *lol*
We all can't be naqvi's sadly.

I liked the website. Very informative.

Also, is "practically nude" similar to "nevernude"?: https://youtu.be/ItNGDYno2S8

Claudia Schwarz is great for relocation risk assessments. I like her.
Thank you very much
