Anyone have any recommendations for a good CPA or tax attorney that could help a client restructure various enterprises in a way that is advantageous tax wise? Client probably grosses 5-10 million a year with a good chance that this increases significantly over the next few years, and his current tax professional is an enrolled agent who really doesn’t have the knowledge to do anything creative to legally and ethically minimize his tax burden. Thanks in advance.
Clever girl.

I do have recommendations, but I am not going to make them here and risk having them disparaged. You should ask around IRL.
