Those aren't "details". It is the Government's brief. It confirms whatever has already come out which is that Canepa turned Nancy Quon into the FBI and then miraculously ended up with all of the cases in question.
Canepa is smarter than Nancy ever was.
Sure wish federal prosecutors would provide unfiled documents to the defense "in the spirit" of the rules of discovery.
Poor Nancy. She was talented enough as an attorney but lacked that special something guys like Canepa have in spades. She was beautiful, smart and had a big heart. She would have made a wonderful wife for some lucky guy. Who knows, maybe she could have married a top notch attorney and hitched her wagon to his, and become the marketing arm of the firm while raising a litter and going to glamorous fund raisers. Truly a waste of a blessed soul. I hope her daughter learned from mom's mistake. Don't let your grasp exceed your reach.
This seems unnecessarily douchey….the only way she could be happy is to hook up with some talented male attorney?
Nancy left a lot of wreckage in her wake. Just ask anyone she ever worked for.
Better not ask anyone she worked for since I think she sued every single one of them (Maddox, Miller, Mainor). In fact maybe she just had something against the letter M.
More cops means more arrests means more ching ching for me and mine! Get those dirty pot users off the street!!!
Yeah, more fat motorcycle cops hiding behind corners ready to pounce on John Q. Taxpayer on his way to work to eke out a meager living. If the cops actually cared for the community, they would take a 10% pay cut (or even better, a 10% PERS cut!) to pay for more cops, and they would lobby for more prisons. Most dirt bags get out too soon. It's that same 5% that commit most of the crime but thanks to Nevada being out of prison space, they are recycled through the system: rob from John Q. Taxpayer, go to court, spend a few days in the pen, and then get released to seek the next victim. Rinse. Repeat.
Oh, allow me to complain about fire "fighters." These lazy shits who hog up all the weights at my gym should have their salaries cut in half and they should be required to dig ditches when not busy "fire fighting." Get the heck out of my gym, spoiled tax leeches!
All firefighters and cops are heroes. Right?
Why don't we cut the Clark County fire department in half? They were the guys who let Mt. Charleston burn until it was too late. Why bother with them? If we cut that department in half, we could staff the suburban stations with volunteers would could live at the station free in return for responding to the two fire calls per year and hire more cops instead of raising taxes.
In reading some of the comments here, I'm thinking the heat is getting to folks. I am waiting out the heat in hopes of the RJ getting some of the good dirt on the HOA relationships
