Regarding the israeli pedophile arrest, the facts are making this get really weird. So Chattah is making a statement that a “liberal DA” let this pedo go off easy and out of the country, with Pam Bondi and Kash Patel calling Chattah’s office mad about the issue. However, Chesnoff, who was just appointed by Trump to the Homeland Security Council is representing the Israeli pedo. This is clearly an attempt by Chattah to score some cheap political points.

That being said, this whole set up is really weird to me. the DA, knew (or should have known) this israeli was a flight risk. I have seen DAs argue against bail thousands of times for people to not have bail just because they live in another state, but this guy, who does not even LIVE in the united states gets a cheap bail and gets to leave the country that may not cooperate in extraditing a person involved in high level military cyber affairs. Moreover, Chesnoff representing this guy whilst being on the Homeland Security team seems to be a conflict of interest in some fashion.

And lastly, all the people mentioned have been on record somewhere down the line in the past of supporting the current govt of Israel. none of this looks good, and this is not even scratching the surface.

Seems like people in power have a hard time making good decisions and distinguishing right from wrong.

“Court records show that Alexandrovich, 38, posted $10,000 bail on Aug. 7, a day after his arrest, and was released without appearing before a judge.”

Doesn’t sound like anyone got to argue for any bail. Seems like everyone ought to have to go before a judge before being released.

Everyone having to go before a judge before being released would definitely make for some long Monday mornings. Lol. No complaint filed and standard bail. Right or wrong, nothing unusual here.

I looked up the justice court docket for each person identified in the article as being arrested. Several were released with similar bail terms; however, the DA filed a complaint in each of the other cases. Now Alexandrovich is out of the country. I don’t know how this international-relations stuff works, but I’m pretty sure Trump just saw a kindred spirit and a favor he could do for his buddy Ben. Like the favor he did for his friend Ghislaine – and remember when he threw Matt Gaetz a bone and was going to make him AG? It’s almost like an elite cabal and not a coincidence.

If Chattah is in fact criticizing the “liberal DA” for effectively allowing the release of this criminal suspect, then I assume she will also call for extradition of this individual back to the United States. Right?

Or charge him federally. I have a feeling, based on her twitter posts, that she isn’t interested in interfering with Israeli interests though.

Change of subject: Covid-19 question

Did any of the state or county edicts from the beginning of Covid-19 lengthen the 5 year rule for civil trials, and if so, how? Which ones?

Yes. It ended up rolling things about 120 days or so.
