I have no idea who his counsel is (I would presume he has to have stand-by counsel) but get some client control over this guy. Is this person just collecting a paycheck to trim their nails?

Frazier, in front of Susan Johnson, who killed dozens if not hundreds of dogs in BC, only received 3 months in jail. Felonies?? WTF???
Good job, Johnson, and the DA. She only pled to killing her own dog. Disgusting!
11:51 Why don't you try caring about human life as much as you do animal life. Dogs are dogs. I like dogs and have one, but they are dogs. But you are a clearly one of those whack jobs that drives around with "I love my dog" license plates and bumper stickers so no reasoning with your dumb ass.
There was no defense in that post. Just a tenet of law! And it is such a basic and simple tenet of law it probably didn't appear on your bar exam. Which could explain your confusion.
I have a dog and definitely think injuring or killing animals should be punishable. The tricky part is what would be a fair and proper form of punishment? Does it matter on the type of animal? Dog v Cat? Hamster or rabbit? Granted, if anyone hurt my dog I would beat the living shit out of them. But at the same time, I am having a hard time deciding what a proper punishment should be for one who hurts animals, and whether there should be a sliding scale for what type of animal. I am presuming Johnson had the same issue.
Hopefully Gorsuch like Trump is an "outsider" not a professional jurist. He's not tied to any special interests or agendas. He doesn't need any experience. Hell he doesn't even need a law degree. Make America great again!
The bigger criticism is that he is entirely an insider. Mother ran the EPA. Went to Harvard Law. Trump indicated that he was open to some diversity outside of Harvard Law/Yale Law and then just appointed another one.
Most Harvard/Yale grads are pretty smart. Hate to break the news to you, but a Boyd grad is not making the US Supreme Court. Hopefully, not the NV Supreme Court either.
I hope it is a good sign that his mom was booted from EPA for trying to reign it in. SCOTUS is a great place to put the brakes on the ever expanding powers of the Administrative State. We don't want to become Europe. Scalia was too soft on these petty tyrants.
Ah, good to see Boyd basher guy is commenting again and that he expanded from 2013 to a much wider range. Stay strong and keep flying that flag – it never gets old!
Boyd is a low ranked school. But if you don't get into a top 15 or so school, want to stay in Vegas, and get a scholarship, I think it's a way better move than spending money to go to McGeorge, Cal Western, University of Utah, BYU, TJ, Chapman, or really anywhere else. I went to Boyd on a full scholarship, and now I make 250-350k a year. It's really nice to have no debt, a paid off house, and the ability to quit if one day I stop enjoying it. I'm always shocked when people that went to non-elite law schools mock Boyd. Staying in Vegas seems like a much smarter fiscal move.
7:25 nailed it. Get into a T14, you should go. I'd even add some better schools to the list of not-worth-the-sticker-price schools like Davis, ASU, U of A, and USC. If you're getting a full ride in state where you have access to judges, politicians, and local law firm partners and are confident you can use those 3 years to get your foot in the door somewhere rather than going to a marginally better school where your access is very limited, and you're gonna come out with $150k in student loans for the privilege of going to the 30th or 40th best law school – that's a no-brainer to me.
Bundy letting loose with some alternative facts

Yeah, this story made me sick.
It was just dogs. They were put down humanely. Get over it.
Judge Susan Johnson makes me sick.
Ridiculous sentence.
10:53, killing healthy dogs is not putting them down humanely. Sick fuck!
I like these pro-animal posts. What Johnson did was shitty. Vote her out.

12:29, you are the whack job and the dumb ass.
I feel sorry for your dogs.
Do you frequent the Hydrant Club?
I also like dogs and have 2. EVERYONE knows that no matter how much we like/love our dogs…they are still just property.
Thank you for defending Johnson and the animal killer. Frazier killed the dogs for fun, so she and Johnson deserve YOUR defense.

2:51, yes, there was defense of Frazier. Guess reading comprehension is not your strong suit!
Animal torture is a part of the penal code, not property law. Wow, 2:51, are you a Boyd 2007-2013 grad?

PETA for Sue Johnson.
Apathy about animal abuse often correlates with personality disorders. Just sayin.
Animals are food and labor, as our Lord intended. Anyone who thinks beasts are companions suffers from mental issues or is confused.
8:24 is Tracy Truman. Likes to abuse wild animals. Bar did not do shit.
8:24 I think you are a beast but certainly no one's companion.
Have we met, baby?
8:24 eats dogs?

Yeah, look at W. Kennedy only had 117 IQ, and he was a Harvard grad. Not that smart.

High IQs go to state schools.
@11:46– Have you seen where the Nevada Supreme Court Justices of the past 20 years have gone to school?
