53-63. That is how old the Golden Girls were at the start of the series.

Heartbreaking story about the dog. Beyond cruel. Hope the perpetrator is found, outed, and prosecuted.

Put in a trash bin, tape it shut. Come back in week to check on him.

Good luck getting the NSC to review anything during dark July Jon. Wonder what the oldest decision pending with the Court is these days.

Who was that poor fuck that hit suspended for like a month but the decision took almost a year? Damn I stay far from bar counsel bullshit. I do franchisee contracts. From reading blog I’m glad. Course my job is boring as fuck,

I have an appeal pending where they asked us to brief a procedural issue. We did. We’ve been waiting for a year for a ruling on that. We don’t even have a briefing schedule yet.

God bless Terry Coffing (sincerely) for continuing to make himself available. It’s fucking insanity that he isn’t on the bench.

The only way these people get elected is if we all spread the word.

I had to go sit through small claims one day (long story.) They did not call the cases with attorneys first so I got to watch several hearings before mine was called. I was very impressed with Stoberski’s demeanor in a pretty insane courtroom. She kept her cool, was respectful, and asked clear questions that got right to the point. I hope she gets the nod.

I’ve appeared in front of Stoberski a few times and I felt like she’s always been on point, gets the issues. No opinion on the others for Dept 4 but I’d be happy with Stoberski there.

And Coffing for Dept 27 pls!

Why am I finding out on July 30th that the NEFCR were changed a month ago? Our court and its outreach on rules is preposterous.
