The business entity lookup seems more broken this week than last. How is that possible???? Are people still able to file online for new legal entities? Anybody have any insight on when it will be fixed?
If you have a Silver Flume account, you can search business entities while logged in to your account. The SOS office told me that this was only temporary, and that soon everyone should be able to search business entities without logging in. I know that certain online filings are temporarily disabled, but I'm not sure which. I haven't tried any yet. Not sure if that helps or not, but the SOS office did not provide me with any specifics.
I have been trying to file renewals for a few LLCs for the past few weeks and the damn thing still isn't working. I also can't get the registered agent addresses for a lawsuit with six corporate defendants to serve a new complaint.
Right now when I login to my silverflume.gov account, it redirects me to the CEInt or something application and if I don't get the 503.2 error immediately, I get it when I submit a search request: "HTTP Error 503.2 – Service Unavailable
The serverRuntime@appConcurrentRequestLimit setting is being exceeded"
WTH are they doing up there in Carson City at the NV Secretary of State?
I think it's time they mark this rollout as a failure, revert everything back, setup a sandbox to at least beta test and load test the new system BEFORE rolling it out, and let us move forward being actually able to use the information held by the NVSOS as the central registrar of companies here in Nevada.
I can't imagine how clogged their fax inbox is going to be. We had to revert to the prior fax renewal process with the customer order instructions sheet, ePayment checklist, and physically signed annual list of officers for some last minute renewals from clients that procrastinate to pay for renewals each year.
I email all the docs over to NewFilings@sos.nv.gov whenever I am having website difficulties.

I lived at Red Rock Country Club for almost a decade. I am happy someone finally called them on their outrageous behavior. They have historically allowed well-connected old timers to set the rules.
Good for this woman. You cannot discriminate against women and African-Americans. I am also impressed that NERC accepted her complaint. A lot of complaints are rejected.
"free association" apparently means the right to be a racist asshole in this context. Sorry, but you don't get much sympathy from me for your right to "free association." It sucks Red Rock didn't have to pay anything. That's usually the only way some people and institutions modify their abhorrent behavior. It's not like a racist, or a coddler of a racist, has any shame.
Racist and sexist Red Rock Canyon Country Club should be proud. We need more racists and pigs in the world. All sarcasm. We also can celebrate the anti-jewish bullshit of last week. Yeah!
If the kids were unruly, fire her. It's that simple. 99% of discrimination claims are bogus. "I was fired not because ______, but I am ____!" That's why a lot of businesses will not hire minorities. They sue too much.

I was able to renew my LLC yesterday with no problem.

I dont understand what the problem was? Cant a private club discriminate based upon race? Dont people have a right of free association?

10:13,
It's not about free association. It's about firing an employee because she has the nerve to have children of the wrong color.

And who is the attorney for the racist Red Rock Country Club?
Will the last person using the term "racist" please shut the lights out for the USA.

Clark County Credit Union discriminates against minorities.

30 to 40 percent discrimination claims are bogus. A lot of them go unreported.
3:10 you think someone should get fired if their kids act up at day care? It's that simple?
310 is a Red Rock racist. Be proud.
Do you ever feel like a plastic bag… drifting through the wind
Yep!
Yes! Especially when the blancos stare at me at Red Rock. That's right, I'm in your club. Get over it.
ay ay ay, los blancos, do not hate the player, hate the game.
