Phil by a mile. Get lots more with Phil. More experience. More experience with all sorts of cases. More wins (by far!). Significantly higher profile for integrity and professionalism. People already pay him to adjudicate important cases as an arbitrator. A steal to have that talent on the bench for whatever pittance they pay these judges.
