Wow. That article suggests that Metro's Force Investigation Team's job is essentially to cover the asses of law enforcement. Who would have thought? Also, curious timing on publishing the article after Metro's Chief had successfully run for another office.
Anyone hear a rumor that certain departments are essentially vacating all hearings until the new year to dump them on the new judge?
