Ok, so I hate to say “I told you so,” but it looks like a group of at least six plaintiffs have now sued the Aria over the Legionnaires disease debacle. Did anyone else find it amusing that the VegasInc reporter covering this story seemed particularly interested in the loss of consortium claims? 

Also, it looks like plans are now in the works to implode the still-vacant Harmon Hotel, but the County wants more information before giving the green light. In addition to generating more legal fees, I bet there’s some reality tv money to be made there…
