I early voted yesterday and was disappointed to see that the "none of these candidates" option was not available for the judicial races. Anyone know why that is?

It's only for statewide races and president/vp. http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-293.html#NRS293Sec269

I voted for none of these candidates for a few of the supremes. Would have liked that option Scalia race, but voted for the lesser of two evils, Marquis.

Good job Herndon. Hard to see how the other judges granted a TRO.

Conflict looks pretty obvious (represented davidovich on criminal matters so how could he sue him and Pure if needed) but nothing is a simple as it seems in this world. Plus the settlement was negotiated by different counsel.

I've heard this "settlement was negotiated by different counsel" suggestion before but really, that doesn't make it open and shut. There are a LOT of things you can do in a case to screw it up before settlement.

Making admissions, losing witnesses you could have deposed, etc.
