Yesterday the Court of Appeals heard its first oral arguments. Today, it’s issuing its first Advance Opinion. Justice Hardesty’s baby is growing up.

That baby is already on welfare
I thought it was the baby mommy on welfare.
Now all I can think about are all the judges as characters from the Muppet Babies. . . "I wanna be a movie star, I wanna learn how to drive a car, I want to be an appellate judge too…"
Justice Hardesty a joke ! Now he demands more money to do what? Leave at 2pm every day and help appoint more of his family members?
So Bowtie was vindicated….
What does this mean?
Not guilty of obstruction. Not really surprising, the charges against him were nonsense.
The felony charges are gonna be the bitch. Bye bye to license to practice law (if that's what you call what Stubbs has been doing).
Stubbs is a clown. He stages everything for publicity. No doubt this whole incident was a set up. Stubbs is an embarrassment to the legal profession.
