Equity Title accuses defendants Profyt Addyct, LLC and Steven Gazlay of using fraudulent documents to encumber certain property with a $750,000.00 deed of trust. Defendants, also, allegedly used Equity Title to fraudulently transfer $707,375.75 in escrow funds to defendants' bank account. In its September 3, 2020 complaint, Equity Title brings claims for fraud and deceit, cancellation of instruments, and under the civil RICO statute.

Steve Grimm got 20 years for mortgage fraud. Let's see how well Gazlay does.

"Gazlay, police said, hired a local attorney to help create operating agreements in the name of the Houston company, then obtained the loan against the home from a hard-money lender out of Yuma, Arizona." Who is that attorney who was making Operating Agreements for entities that the client did not actually own?

Doesn't look like any attorney is listed as a defendant in the civil case at this point. They need to be looking for every bit of potential insurance coverage they can find. Prison wages not going to pay back the $800k (or whatever it was).

The child suicides are horrible, but how about instead of sending children to school in a raging pandemic with nearly a half million dead, why don't we look at CPS? Those people don't substantiate anything! Unless the child is in the process of being beaten AND lit on fire directly in front of their investigator, they don't do crap. Case after case after case of children being left in hideous, abusive conditions and CPS does nothing. School was probably their only break. Now with no school and parents home all the time, it's no wonder there's a mental health crisis.

It never made sense to me why China's buddy WHO changed all infectious disease recommendations on a dime for this one disease – not infectious, then infectious, then highly infectious; no border shut down, then shut everything down; no masks, then masks; no quarantine, then quarantine – but don't quarantine the vulnerable and infects, just the healthy and asymptomatic population; no shut down, then shut down. And so on.

China originates the disease, hides it, then promotes it, then overpromotes it, then claims victory over it, but my neighbor loses his job. How does that makes sense? (And don't get me started on the $1 billion the Chicommies gave Hunter Biden to "manage.") Good news is no one is dying of other flu or cancer or anything else anymore, except cop killings, of course.

4:06 you're either a jackass or simply stupid. Nearly half a million americans are dead due to covid19. Politicizing the pandemic, denying it, and placing business interests above lives is disgusting and disrespectful to the families of those victims. Go to hell.

Have any private practice attorneys received the vaccine under the "frontline community support" category?

All of the professors that I know at UNLV (regardless of age or condition) have been innoculated. I have 2 friends who were in the Regeneron monoclonal antibody study and also got the vaccine. The priorities are out of whack but candidly what else is new?

11:41- Except if attorney spouses can shoehorn their way in as "legal assistant". I know of an attorney who brought his spouse and said that she was essential front line staff and in went the needle.

Glad to hear, UNLV plays vaccine czar and they are all vaccinated. Nice. They refused to give us any vaccine information.

Haha far from the only one. But I would never questions those doctrines publicly, I think we have really reached the point where thoughtcrime is a thing.

I think you misunderstand the definition of crime. People telling you you're an asshole and refusing to house your speech is not the same as you being charged with a crime. But keep on with your victimhood.
