First of all, wow. We really need to work Metro’s accountability to the public. Second, CCSD spends way to much settling and not enough on attorney fees litigating. Bar exam needs to stay how it is.

$800k – teacher ignoring disabled kid

$9.6M – Kiddie-diddling bus driver.
$3.5M – Kiddie-diddling teacher
$10M – Autistic 6 year old kiddie-diddling teacher
Why are kiddies being allowed to diddle teachers and bus drivers?
Hmm.. I think the district needs better defense counsel. Even assuming liability, the settlements appear to be excessive.
How do I shift my practice to suing CCSD?
The bus-driver molested four and five-year-old special needs students. How much do you think is an appropriate settlement?

Just curious: do lawyers call the police when they need help? I had a bad experience with an officer once when I needed help.
Shocker, DA didn’t want to charge the officer so they presented evidence in a secret proceeding to ensure an indictment would mot happen and they would not be blamed.

Weird that Trump is on flight logs to the island, but you claim he had never been there. We get you love Trump and he can do no wrong, but he is on the flight logs.
Domestic flights with his wife and children in the 90’s. Trump never said he didn’t fly with or on Epstein’s plane, and he admitted to being friendly with him for 15 years. Both New York rich guys. When he discovered what Epstein was he banned him and reported him. Clinton kept going to the island, as did a long list of celebrities and politicians. Are they all bent? Probably not. But the fact remains. No one puts Trump on the Lolita Express or the island. You think the Democrats would not have released that information in the 4 years they had total control? There are lots of things to point fingers at Trump for. This isn’t one of them.
Bill Clinton isn’t president. Trump is. If there’s nothing to hide, and everyone knows about Clinton anyway, release the files.

Why is this crap on a blog about Las Vegas law? There are thousands of other blogs or FB groups where each side can throw BS political crap on each other, and I avoid as many of them as possible, including both political sides’ various “news” organizations.
Question: What public search databases / people and asset finder do you use?
Other than the whole “call a bank and pretend I’m the defendant” bit that the “asset location specialists” do?
On Demand Bar Exam??
There are two classes of people who would benefit.
1. The state bar. No need to actually plan a test, find a location or proctor. In my view this is just a way to make bar employee’s jobs easer.
2. Examinees that would not otherwise be able to pass a written exam. Note that any remote testing, on-demand or scheduled, that is not proctored guarantees cheating. Cheating could be anything from calling a friend, using notes, or copying and pasting standard phrases and definitions, or having a second computer on the desk to get answers from AI.

You clearly don’t have testing-aged kids. Online exam taking is paired with AI-controlled and mandatory camera-enabled proctoring which flags a ton of things, to an obnoxious degree. My daughter took a summer class to get ahead, and was flagged for potential misconduct because someone had a TV on 3 rooms away.
I’ll bet someone in her class has figured out a way to cheat.
