Bonnie creates far more work for herself, her staff, and attorneys. In addition to the oft-cited ridiculous rejection of pleadings, bringing attorneys in for a hearing on a trivial issue in a pleading is a waste of everyone's time and money. I realize it ain't a glamorous job and she deals with far too many inane lawyers on a daily basis, but being inane yourself does not make the job any easier.

how many ada lawsuits do you have to file before you're officially a troll? Asking for a friend.
Who hired Rick Wright?
A state senator.
Rick is a little long in the tooth… the influence doesn't go as far as it used to.
Rick is still one of the most talented and ethical attorneys in the state.
Mark Manendo under investigation again for sexual harassment. What a surprise.
Erin will be Bonnie Redux.
That is my fear.
Oh please no. Anything but that.
Prediction: Erin will not work as hard as Bonnie.
By "work as hard" do you mean "dictate to her staff to reject every document submitted if you can find a reason to do so, no matter how trivial"?
