It's absolutely hilarious to me that the scum bags at wet republic are the ones who dimed out the even scummier cops…and then the cop they let go proceeds to get drunk and jerk off at a concert mere weeks later. But he fought for our country and he fought for the commonwealth so that makes it all ok.

Male attorney here who appears in front of Sturman quite often. Whether she lets you go on depends on the case, whether she has her mind made up and whether you are being responsive to her questions. I don't think she favors females.
She does allow hearings to go on interminably. It is not a male/female thing. She does tend to favor people with whom she works regularly.
I don't know about you guys but I'm giving "Pissy Pete" a pass here because he has a moniker. All the cool kids should get one too.
Please name the airport after Harry Reid, who is a bigot. Thank you!

What strikes me as significant in the "professional courtesy" case is that someone who could be found less culpable because of being "clinically diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, substance abuse disorder or serious mental illness connected to their military service" could be given a badge and a gun and given a stressful job where life and death decisions have to be made.
Not to mention that there were at least three of his fellow officers from his department who were aware that he had a problem with alcohol and anger management and they didn't think that they should get him some help and stop him from tarnishing their badges.

I have not heard such complaint about her. That does not mean it's not true, but I have not heard from anyone that she favors one gender over the other when it comes to allotting time for argument.

Potter was always nice to me but Pomrenze was mean to just about everyone. I had no idea who kept voting for her.

And, more generally, you should write a mass selling self-help book "How to get along with anyone, at any time."
Only a fool took Potter's rage personally. I found he rarely yelled at me because I didn't let it rattle me when he did. Sort of like a dog that can smell fear. I did see him yell at certain attorneys over and over again that gave off the smell of fear.
Potter's rage was inappropriate and out of control. Didn't matter if it was personal or not. He took it out on litigants who were there for their day in court – not to be verbally assaulted from the bench. He got what he deserved. Should have happened sooner. The recent events only prove exactly how unfit he was. Gibson was on track to be Potter II. Thankfully they moved him back to the basement where he can yell at poor people and appointed attorneys in abuse and neglect.
I have appeared in front of Forsberg recently. I can comfirm she is a screamer. She gets frustrated very easily and is extremely shrill. It can be painful to listen to her shriek. Client was shocked to see a judge act that way. Welcome to family court.

I have two that blew their tops, but I don't want to identify them yet until I determine whether it was isolated or not. It is the only time either of them have "lost it" on a case I had before them, and both cases were quite contentious, so I sort of understand the reaction.
But can anyone identify repeat offenders(i.e. repeat shouters)?

Shoulda called it Sagebrush International. Never any risk of controversy there, and it's a symbol of Nevada.

I understand that the FAA gets the final word on changing the name of the airport. Does anyone know where to direct my comments on this deal?
The FAA has no authority over airport names. About all that is required is filing certain regulatory notices with the FAA so its information can be updated.
