Plus 3 years probation and a fine of nearly $250,000. Probation conditions include he can’t work in a position that handles finances, can’t use or open a line of credit and must use a single checking account for everything.

Mahan just crushed him. The fact that Schiess was asking for 30 and the sentence came out at 27 is a SERIOUS blow against Atkinson. I would suspect that was not a friendly walk back with Rick Wright having to explain that all of that work netted you a 3 month change.

Anyone know anything about Michael Pandullo? First the state bar says he is suspended. Then, a search of NSC cases for say a disciplinary petition results in "you do not have permission to access this case."

I'm not saying that Avvo reviews from disgruntled clients are admissible as true, BUT…. if the NSC case is blocking access to see the case and docket, and a purported client posts a review back in January 2019 that says some rather bad things about him that, if true, would warrant suspension – then possibly is is a substance abuse or mental health issue like @1:29p states below. There's also the story in the RJ about statements made by con man Mark Georgantas that he hasn't been able to reach his attorney Pandullo for months around the same time that Avvo review was posted.

Could be confidential if mental health, health or substance abuse, maybe? Or, maybe it will be accessible later due to upload issues?

Bar matters typically are not confidential. Character and fitness cases are confidential. Not sure if he had something prior to admission, but it seems weird that he is suspended with nothing filed with the court. It is also weird that he is listed as suspended (and not CLE suspended), without any discipline that is visible (no Orders, etc.).

Not weird when it is mental health related. Also not weird if it is the Petition for Summary Suspension and is based on merely alleged facts. However once the Supremes issue a summary suspension, often the confidentiality of the Petition is lifted if disciplinary (not lifted if health related).

What's the deal with the SOS website? I haven't been able to look up RA's for days.

They've been doing a big update/revamp. It seems like it's been slow going.

Dude, it is a government web site. Since when does state government hurry? There is always next week.
