I saw Alice Cooper in the late 70s. Quite the concert. As a history note, I think it was at the Aladdin. Many of the 70s bands played there like Eagles, Jethro Tull, etc. His song schools out was played often during May on the local radio. Enough of memory lane, back to billing.
When i was 16 i ran into Alice Cooper at a mall. He was sitting down with two other people. I initially went up to him and said “does anyone tell you that you look like Alice Cooper?” And he smiled and said “thats cause I am Alice Cooper” and he introduced me to his friend who was his guitarist and his daughter. Very nice man, considering i interrupted them.
Objectively, it seems to me that the CJD gave her more than she had a couple of weeks ago. A paycheck again. May I remind you that she never spent a moment in jail?
This is the part that doesn’t get called out enough, but is the basis of the Judicial Commission acting. You still haven’t returned the funds. You haven’t apologized to your victims. You haven’t apologized to the widows of the slain officers who had to go through the emotional turmoil of testifying at your trial, to say nothing of the pain that came from you grifting off their grief. Instead, Michele, upon receiving your Presidential Pardon, you spiked the football and sanctimoniously quoted, in proverbial all caps, Isaiah 54:17 to the entire state of Nevada. Michele, here are some scriptures you can read and think about in private instead. Leviticus 19:11, Ephesians 4:28 and 2 Nephi 9:34.
Nevada has a long and storied Pantheon of despicable political figures who displayed incredible levels of chutzpah. We seem to draw a disproportionate share of these brazen, self-assured hucksters. Fiore is just the latest. There’ll be more after her.
God help me; I almost want to like her. She’s so entertaining. It is strangely intoxicating to watch her operate. The President of the United States of America pardoned her. Think about that. In fact, think about it alot. Fuck!
Sometimes I look at Michele Fiore and people like her and think, “Imagine what someone with that kind of determination could do if paired with honesty and integrity.”
It’s not FAIR if your team gets a dishonest person but we don’t!

Can we start a revolution against the judges that don’t call stipulated/continued items first? I spent 90 minutes listening to argued motions just to wait for my case to be called so that I could tell the judge that opposing counsel had to go out of town on an emergency and we agreed to continue the matter two weeks.
Yep. Take control of the situation. “Your Honor, before we go on, I have a matter that will take 90 seconds.” 99% of the time it works 100% of the time.
What, exactly, was Gary Guymon’s sentence that he agreed to in the plea deal??? The actual criminal sentence. Neither of these poorly drafted articles give us the main points of the actual plea deal.
The State agreed to make no recommendation, so the actual sentence is up to DC32. He could be looking at anywhere from probation to a max of 4.4- 11 years.
Randy is the fuckin’ best. Back in the day when probate court was a zoo on Fridays he kept order. He was the one who handed out the signed approved orders and was the heavy for parties who started to act up and had to be tossed.

At Aladdin saw Linda Ronstadt and Neil Diamond.

I hope Michelle Fiore loses again.
I truly hope that she is victorious. Not because I really GAF, but because you hate her winning with every beat of your bleeding heart.
Cry harder, sis.
i have a feeling you have no friends
24 thumbs’-down can’t all be wrong, dude
BTW, exactly, how is she losing “again”?
Objectively, it seems to me that the CJD gave her more than she had a couple of weeks ago. A paycheck again. May I remind you that she never spent a moment in jail?
$90,000 a year to do nothing.
How is that losing again? Sounds like a win to me.
In addition to the $70,000 for plastic surgery and a wedding.

2 Nephi? I thought you were citing scriptures…….

Yes the insistence in going chronological page order in some cruets no matter what is maddening.
Grown a set of balls and just ask the court up front. Appear via zoom also in situations like that.

He has not been sentenced yet.
The plea deal should state what was negotiated toward the sentence. That is what i want to know. What did Guymon and the D.A. agree to?
Guymon agreed to stay out of trouble and not engage in any gorilla-like behavior.
Is he divorced? Such a nice wife. Feel terrible for her.

Judge Christy Craig
So, probation.
Spoiler alert, Gary will get probation (as he should).
Court Marshal Randy Hawkes hurt in hit and run accident.
