From the comments yesterday: check out Supreme Court Case No. 90968, District Court Judge Kimberly Wanker v. AG Aaron Ford, in which the Supreme Court is asked whether the AG is required to provide the 5th Judicial District Judge with legal representation before the Commission on Judicial Discipline (on a complaint brought by the AG’s office).
Was this Case filed in Nevada US District court? Does anyone have a case number? “Alexander Lopez, of San Diego, was arrested on March 20, 2024, upon his arrival to the San Diego International Airport — where he worked as a security officer for the Transportation Security Administration.” Settled lawsuit with Henderson Police Department.

Donald Trump diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency following leg swelling
Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) is a condition where blood doesn’t efficiently return from the legs to the heart, often due to damaged valves in the veins. This can lead to a range of symptoms, including swelling, pain, and skin changes, and in severe cases, ulcers. While not usually life-threatening, CVI can significantly impact quality of life and, if left untreated, may lead to complications like deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism
• Valve damage:
The primary cause is damage to the valves within the veins, which normally prevent blood from flowing backward.
• Deep vein thrombosis (DVT):
A blood clot in a deep vein can damage valves or obstruct blood flow, leading to CVI.
Trying to keep Nevada outta Arizona, especially 99% of Clark County judges, 2/3rda of the court of appeals, and most of the Supremes. You guys and gals are something else.
$595k for a wrongful arrest in Henderson, I wonder how much for the suppression of rights and wrongful arrest for filming police in Las Vegas?
I know it’s technically confidential, but does anyone care to share the factual basis underlying the complaint against Kim “The Hammer” Wanker?
Hopefully one of the enterprising reporters who reads the blog will fire off a quick public records request and fill us all in.
Lookin’ at you Noble!
NB, fill us in!

Edited in light of 2:29’s Mea Culpa.
You mean we have a Chief Executive that isn’t afraid of telling the truth about his medical status?
You seem to have forgotten the Ronnie Jackson press conference or bone spurs.
Unrelated to anything, but State of Arizona, if you read this blog, how about investing in your damn roads? WTF?

Drove from Las Vegas to Tucson–by the time I arrived I needed new brake pads.
