DETR also stopped paying regular UI claimants with no determination and no explanation thereby denying the claimants an opportunity to appeal and obtain a hearing. I am currently pleading with DETR to just send me a written determination so that I can appeal. Their incompetence and callousness is mind boggling.
I got UI payments earlier this year while unemployed. Then two months after I was back at work they sent me notice that I had been overpaid for dates when I received no payment at all. I appealed (sent certified mail so I know they got it) and have not heard a peep. that system is an utter failure this year.
We are not making up this stuff, folks. Benefits are denied or suddenly cut off with no explanation and no way to appeal. What happened to due process?
Speculating, but is there a way for an individual to get into District Court on the non payments. Yes, administrative remedies are supposed to be exhausted before seeking relief in court, but when the agency makes no response…?
Is there a class action opportunity here?
Hunter Biden took hundreds of millions from the Chinese in bribes for his old man, but that's not even news. So who cares about who uses PPP for whatever? Or are you saying when JPMorgan or AIG gets a bailout it's a-okay, but a small local firm not so? Jackoff.
7:21 – rich people do take PPP. Smart business people take PPP. Glad to know our judiciary is as dumb as the rest of us thought. Hopefully you lost your race and are not a judge much longer and I pray you are not a business court judge.
Poorly educated 7:21 deserves pity more than derision. She's a product of the educational system that promotes meaningless feelings over reason and logic.
Wait, Harry Reid is still alive? Who dresses him? He needs to stop with the federa o Rico he wears. #savemoscowmitch #savebonniebulla #savesugarbush

Brent Bryson, Estate Lawyer? I like Brent. He is a character. But not my go-to source for probate law. (Nor would I say I am a probate source even though I end up there periodically).
1:09–as I don't know him, forgive me if I request clarification as to whether your remark is sarcastic or whether it is instead true admiration?
Also, let's not forget that it is all in the eye of the beholder. These days, many people would consider a slender person to have a decent physique even if they don't have much muscle mass.

Law v. Whitmer: Judge Russell denies Trump's desperate flailing. Contestants to pay Defendant's costs.
Winning? Are you celebrating a potentially successful unlawful coup? Third try is a charm, right? Russia – fail. Ukraine – fail. 2020 Massive Fraud to steal Trump's landslide – win?
The same media that sold you WMD's to fatten Media and Defense Industry Complex, that trumpeted completely fake Russia Collusion and Ukraine Call, that suppressed Hunter's massive bagman operation, is now selling you Trump lost. Is being a sucker something to celebrate?
Now, if you are a loyal NPR listener, MSDNC watcher, and New York Times reader, I get it. You hate America. Good for you. Who cares how they won.
But everyone else? Can we agree the law matters or is that out the window to get this "win" against the horrible Orange Monster?
As my wife says, after horrible and unethical attacks on Kavanaugh, the world knows the Left will pull out all stops, and neither the law nor common decency will stop them. They can't win on ideas, but they can win by cheating. So it is.
Best line I've heard: "this time they knew how huge Trump's wave was going to be, and they were ready for it."
Feels right. Went to bed watching a red wave crest, and woke up to find out a couple of terribly corrupt Democratic cities had crashed the wave. Welcome to Venezuela. We made it 240 or so years. That's pretty good. Our ancestors look down at us in shame, because we blew it. Our descendants will hate us, because we blew it.
The new gaming term for skill-less scrubs screaming that they only lost because the other side cheated is now "Trumping".
No matter how great the absence of proof, they are resolute in their belief that of course they were the winner.
Of course, you can always get some more meaningless declarations from Spyder. I'm sure the first 45 judges were all part of the deep state, so maybe if you have a 50th bite at the apple, you'll show the world that you won for realsies.
So what is the term for Russia collusion believers? Ukraine Hunter Biden bagman allegations? The various baseless hoaxes, like Charlottesville and Bleachgate?
I prefer to cheer for the underdog who took on Big Pharma, Big Defense, Big Media, Big Tech, Big Unions, China, Iran, etc. But that's just me.
Dude, claiming that "Bleachgate" is a hoax is just sad. It's on fucking video. It's on fucking C-SPAN. This raging asshole stood up before the whole country and said "And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me." This wasn't sarcasm. This wasn't directed to reporter, no matter how much he wants to claim it was to fleece the lowest of the low IQs who support him. Now, could the media have taken the stance that "Donald Trump is a fucking moron, and this is just instance #1,071 why no one should pay the least attention to the fucker? Sure. They could have. And they would have if it was anyone but the POTUS saying these sort of batshit insane things. So, congratulations. Your support of the most idiotic person to ever sit his ass behind the Resolute desk is essentially to blame for the media coverage of "Bleachgate."
Your boy is a moron with zero intellectual curiosity. He took on China and the US soy bean industry lost bigly. He took on Canada on tariffs and lost. He never took on Big Media. He got embarrassed by Tik-Tokers and was gonna ban it, until he forgot about it. He never took on Iran. He has been sitting taking Executive Time until the afternoon, which means farting around watching hour after hour of Fox before his Depends need changing.
The Hunter Biden allegations? Yeah, that is 100% bullshit, void of actual verifiable evidence of wrongdoing.
But at least you separated brown kids from their parents, so you've got that going for you.
Also, the term for Russian election interference believers would be "US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence" and "Global Intelligence Community."

Voldemort sent out an email today accusing Judge Michael Harter of perjury and bankruptcy fraud, asserting that Judge Harter had claimed in BK papers that his income was zero, whilst he was drawing a six-figure salary as a Family Court Judge.
I do not know Judge Harter. Does anyone know if there is any truth to these accusations? I tend to take He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named's accusations with a large spoon of salt, but I am curious. There are papers that look authentic as part of the accusation.
DETR also stopped paying regular UI claimants with no determination and no explanation thereby denying the claimants an opportunity to appeal and obtain a hearing. I am currently pleading with DETR to just send me a written determination so that I can appeal. Their incompetence and callousness is mind boggling.

Same boat here. Regular UI claim filed in early June, still not adjudicated.
We are not making up this stuff, folks. Benefits are denied or suddenly cut off with no explanation and no way to appeal. What happened to due process?

Is there a class action opportunity here?
Judges and administrative agencies do not undestand due process.
There is already a class action lawsuit. That is what Judge Breslow was addressing.
Breslow is addressing PUA claims not UI claims.
Correct but I suspect 12:10 was pointing out that it is possible to have a class as there is already a class addressing similar claims.
Mark Thierman in Reno is doing a great job for the PUA claimants. Would he file a class action for the UI claimants?
Impeach Sisolak.
I am waiting over two months on a return call on ui fraud with DETR. 5 months to be told ineligible for pua. Merry Christmas, need to feed my family.
Employers are receiving PPP then laying off employees and objecting to their UI claims. You want names?
Yes, of course. A comprehensive list, please. Thanks.
names or it's false.
CM
WTF is CM? Law firm?
Names. Please, names.
CM initials of attorney.
Eglet's firm took 654k , MAC took 1.295 million.
If a law firm takes PPP funds and uses the $$ exactly as intended/required is that wrong?
Eglet took tax payer money, and he is handing out campaign contributions and throwing elaborate parties? Fraud.
Why is it fraud? Should someone not take PPP money because they are wealthy? At least we realize why you are still broke and bitter.
I am neither broke nor bitter. Just stating the obvious.
I am not broke. I am a judge,6:58. Rich people don't take PPP, I mean welfare. Congratulations, Eglet and Matquis Aurbach.
Hunter Biden took hundreds of millions from the Chinese in bribes for his old man, but that's not even news. So who cares about who uses PPP for whatever? Or are you saying when JPMorgan or AIG gets a bailout it's a-okay, but a small local firm not so? Jackoff.
Mr. Wonderful has it right. Money to individuals not big corporations or states.
7:21 – rich people do take PPP. Smart business people take PPP. Glad to know our judiciary is as dumb as the rest of us thought. Hopefully you lost your race and are not a judge much longer and I pray you are not a business court judge.

Yes, 7:21 is a female. That is a sexist comment. 7:21 +1 is right for the most part, except. Marques Aurbach is broke, and Eglet is even broker.
Ouch, pronoun shamed! Burn.
2:50, will you be my plus+1? Eglet needs the PPP money to fulfill his bribes, I mean His Santa election wish to keep Harry Reid happy.
Sure, sugar.
Wait, Harry Reid is still alive? Who dresses him? He needs to stop with the federa o Rico he wears. #savemoscowmitch #savebonniebulla #savesugarbush

Poor Brent, ah no. He keeps talking about his morning wood on twitter.
Craig Anderson's physique inspires those tweets.

Law v. Whitmer: Judge Russell denies Trump's desperate flailing. Contestants to pay Defendant's costs.
Not surprising but ouch.
So much winning. Tired of winning yet?
