He isn't believable in his sappy commercials. I'm not sure that any of his kind are, yet at least Lerner knows he's an idiot and doesn't attempt to change that in his commercials. The end result is an idiot who is comfortable in his skin, and not a rich outsider wishing that he got picked to play basketball with the cool kids.
You have to give him props for really committing to the theme–even going so far as to buy unhealthycare.org domain and pay someone to create a site.

It's really just an excuse for his band to play. He may pay tens of thousands of dollars for drinks and booze but his concert will have a sold out feel to it.
What's up with the haters? His party is great, almost always a good time, and sometimes a fight breaks out. I don't know Rick but I think it's awesome.
