Walters beats the case. They will be unleashing some great evidence at trial.

Las Vegas Sun article summed up in a single (long) sentence – Laxalt and Sandoval are just plain ole dummies for supporting a STATEWIDE gun initiative because Clark County opposed the initiative by a whopping 100,000 votes (of 750,000 voters), even though every other county supported it except Clark County, because Clark County people are so obviously smarter that the rest of the state.

When we can next use "Laxalt" and "sloppy legal disaster" in the same sentence?

I'm surprised the gun initiative passed, actually. Shows just how far blue Nevada swung.

Very sad. I was surprised, too. This state is going left fast. High crime, taxes and regulations on the way.

The more Clark County grows, the bluer the state will be. At some point hopefully we'll get rid of the bi annual fuck job we get at the hands of the north when it comes to distributing tax money.

State Assembly now 12-9 in favor of Democrats, thanks to a caucus switch by Patricia Farley. With only $12k in the campaign fund and 2 years before election, wonder how much the Democrats had to promise her to switch. If I was a Summerlin Republican, I'd be pissed off. She won by almost 18% of the vote because she had an (R) next to her name, and that was Barbara Cegavske's seat. No way she retains that seat in 2018. Just remains to be seen what damage she'll inflict on her way out.

Dammit. That's what I meant. Spent 20 minutes on that comment, checking the campaign contribution records, the 2014 election results, just to screw it up. Way to go, Me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W79N7ph5r9A

ON GUNS……….now when a military members is sent overseas, if she or he leaves his guns with parents, she or he will be violating the law and so will the parents. Great legal result!

Seems like family members were exempt from the new checks. But I'm too lazy (and drunk) to check right now.

Military members can check their personal weapons at the base armory. Problem solved.

No, problem is NOT solved.

Slippery slope … turn in all guns to your local government office. Problem solved, right?

I was just commenting on the military scenario. I was in the Marines and we could not keep personal weapons in the barracks and had to keep them in the battalion armory. Not talking about private citizens.

You might need to read the law before making uninformed comments on it. Transfers between family members are exempt.

The RJ article regarding the proposed Badlands golf course development fails to mention Bob & Tracy Eglet as part of the list of prestigious"Las Vegas Elite" homeowner's who own a mega-mansion that is located adjacent to a fairway on the Badlands golf course! As many of you may or may not know Bob and Tracy purchased their $10+ million dollar digs shortly after that huge jury verdict that was achieved in the Hep B trial. No doubt, this issue will see many days of litigation down at RJC.
Question is…Is it possible
that Bob & Tracy Eglet were left out of the RJ article because of their religious allegiance to the Democratic party? Have Bob & Tracy Eglet fallen astray from "Las Vegas Elite" status? And if so? Has anyone informed Tracy and her staff @ E&P so they can rectify this obvious miscalculation on the part of the RJ?
Certainly in the past, Jeff German at the RJ has been more than accommodating in the proper publishing of those record Eglet verdicts. Maybe there's a standing directive at the RJ to not promote anything pro-Eglet,pro-Eglet partner Aaron Ford, or pro-Pisanelli & Bice whose prestigious office address resides in the "Castle Eglet" on 7th first floor that is!
Seems to me you would want the "Eglet Influence" with the bench in any legal proceeding at RJC, not to mention that Bob & Tracy can't be real happy about their mansion losing substantial value amongst all the proposed multi family housing.
I,for one, cherish the possibility that the Eglet's
lose some money for once!
FYI, I'm not ID counsel either, just sick of the rich always getting richer.

I don't have any opinion on this one way or the other, but I wanted to respond to your implication that their allegiance to the Democratic party may have influenced the RJ. You know that the RJ endorsed Donald Trump and is owned by Sheldon Adelson now, right?

12:09 is very upset he can't afford the eglet house. Rather than bashing them, maybe, just maybe, you step up your game and become great in your profession.

Do you have any idea how many "Vegas Elite" live in Queensridge and are impacted by the development and/or litigation? They didn't name every person of potential prestige in the article.

Hi,
I want to raise a question that if someone had a car accident injury then he will be compensated, but if someone got a psychological injury then why it got any compensation and the case is also got such merits as in a personal injury case. A man is a man then, but why there is such a difference.

Does Russell & Hill know they hired an illiterate half-wit in a attempt to improve their SEO? Did you disclose your inability to form a coherent thought when you convinced them to give you their business?
