Russel Geist is a good pick. I have high hopes that he will prove to be a good Commissioner.

I’ve litigated against Russ and can confirm this is a good pick. He will have a good judicial temperment, which is challenging with all the pro ses in probate. I could not do it.

Agreed. I had a very contentious case against him and he was always polite, respectful, and professional! Good pick!

This is a horseshit take. Just sayin’. And I was barely 11 when he was defeated.

Presuming that your opinion is superior to another’s opinion is the “horseshit take.” How is your age when Carter was defeated relevant?

Has anyone here been down in the Musk tunnels? The Boring Company claims the loop can transport “up to” 4,400 passengers per hour. The city planner and youtuber “CityNerd” did the math and came up with 1,800 passengers per hour. A major metro subway train can move anywhere between 15,000 and 30,000 people per hour. So how is this the future of public transit? Cue the Simpsons Monorail Song.

4,400 passengers per hours? And this is supposed to be good? That’s like one of the airport trams operating at half capacity.
