OP here. This would be for the employee as defendant. Thanks again.

Do you mean employer as defendant? It’s usually the employee who is the plaintiff.

Sorry. Yes. Employee would be the plaintiff if it came to that. Right now the employee is concerned about what the employer may do to him. No action right now, just a lot of turmoil and accusations at the workplace.

Totally random question. No particular reason. There used to be a divorce lawyer who had hair like Wolverine. Nice guy. Helped out at Boyd a few times. Haven’t seen for many years. Whatever happened to him.

Had a staff member come ask if we are giving them the “National Day of Mourning” off on Thursday. Is anyone giving staff off for this thing?

As an aside. I think Carter was a moral man. Spent many years helping people and seemed honest to me in office. I was in college in 1978 and remember gas lines and hostages later etc. that’s separate from the human being though. Also remember Reagan coming in. Feels like that now with Trump on the way back. Same feeling in the air.

That can’t be true. All six of the clowns who post here unaniously swear that he’s protected by OBC, which would have prosecuted him and sent the findings to NSC. 1:51 must be referencing another AG.

Wait, I still don’t get it. If they’re protecting him, how did this file ever get past their intake process. If you clowns are right, it’s never would have gotten near a screening panel, which is necessary for public discipline. Since he’s now disciplined, somebody took it before a screening panel. Which OBC member did that?
