Can someone tell the guys at Peter and Associates if they are going to market Zofran cases they should at least know what they are talking about. I read the paper today and had to see this dumbass article talking about class action lawsuits. http://m.lasvegassun.com/native/panda/2015/may/17/ask-attorney-class-action-lawsuits/.
Zofran is not a class action lawsuit and it is rare to see product liability cases as class actions. Somebody tell these guys to stick with what they know or at least research a tad bit before putting it out there to the public.
God bless trying to make money and bring in new clients, but know what you are talking about.
They are just one of several firms that are changing up their advertising lines from "foreclosure?" to "injured?". It is remarkably annoying.
Speaking of HOA foreclosures, take a look at 5983 ATTA VILLA DR TRUST VS. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. Apr 15, 2015–unpublished decision by the Court of Appeals. Am I missing something or does this seem like Judge Alf is refusing to recognize the Supreme Court's reversal of her in the earlier SFR case??? Unbelievable. No… wait, I forgot where I was for a second there.
Yes. SFR wasn't earlier. Alf issued her order in 5983 Atta Villa on April 22, 2014. SFR was published September 18, 2014.
Thanks, 11:07! Whew; I'm actually glad I was wrong. Oh me of little faith…
Any updates on where the remaining GS attorneys will land?
Planet Garman.
The GS lawyers have been hired as legal assistants to Stubbs.
I heard Stubbs firm is breaking up.
That is funny………..Stubbs firm also moonlights as a comedy/circus act in some of the local dives in Vegas. Aspiring performers/lawyers are always needed. Requirements: Felony charges, Rule 11 sanctions, malpractice claims and must own a bow-tie.
