I too, don't like the biased blog editing – but hey, it's their blog, they have a right to do whatever they want and like others said, one can always start their own blog, I for one appreciate someone taking the time to monitor the blog, post, etc.

Moderators moderate, it's a good thing. Gotta have some rules on the playground.

see my comment below at 10:19. Agree on all fronts, but all I did yesterday was identify the biased "rules" given they don't seem to apply across the board. We're all free to start our own blog, noted. Unlike this slow week- I typically actually have to work. And when I'm not "working" I'm being a nerd and watching court hearings and commenting about them – on this blog (only to have my posts removed)….Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Was there any real evidence of election fraud here in Nevada? Politics aside, seriously want to know.

None. I believe the results of an investigation into the results for a commissioner seat(?) found the same incidence of "fraud" as every election. I believe the number was 6~ people voted twice (not stated for whom they voted) and like 130~ irregularities (explained as lacking signatures that had to be confirmed) in ballots out of 150,000+ ballots. I'm looking for that article but I cannot find it now. There is a chance I am thinking of investigation results related to Georgia or Pennsylvania, but it was a week or so ago.

I am a Republican and can say there was no evidence of noticeable fraud. The Commission race is not an example of fraud but of a race so close and within the number of disputed ballots that under the circumstances the Commission prudently (albeit expensively) has opted for a run-off.

I am a Republican so I'm sure I have some inherent bias about this – but I fail to see how there has been adequate time to investigate fraud- especially in the face of the affidavits that exist from Nevadans. A typical civil suit takes years – but the Repubs have to "prove" fraud without access to all the information and at break neck speed. Also – it was many Dems who alerted states about fraud in mass mail-in voting as well as voting machine vulnerabilities. And- of course there is fraud. To deny it is stupid. The key I suppose is- is the fraud enough to overturn an election

10:29 is absolutely wrong. There is no evidence of fraud and to simply say "of course there is fraud" is garbage. And while the self-professed republican is claiming fraud, let's talk about Lindsey Graham calling the SOS in Georgia and trying to get ballots tossed.

12:51 here – not sure who you're calling chicken little, but here's the interview with the republican SOS who had a witness present at the time of the call. https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/16/politics/georgia-secretary-of-state-lindsey-graham-ballots-cnntv/index.html

12:51 – you "is absolutely wrong." There is always voter fraud. You can do your own research. Here's a map of some convictions & you can search by state. Or you can Google – "voter fraud." So again, of course there is fraud. To deny it is stupid. Again, the question is – is the fraud enough to overturn an election. Hard to say 20 days after an election – at this point, there has not been any proof.

The law blog…where people with 20+ years of education with specific training on credible sources and citations quote the Heritage Foundation to each other. ffs people

There is not credible proof of widespread voter fraud. It's a GOP fantasy that has more to do with assuaging their hurt feelings after a loss than admitting they're basically a dead political party with all the dignity of a drowned rat.

What was the "ministerial oversight"? This matter is getting weirder and weirder? Why did Judge Bell refer the matter to Trevor Atkin if Sturman was not biased?

The ministerial oversight is that election related lawsuits were going to 3 judges (that Sturman was one) during a certain window of time. That window of time expired and yet the suit was steered to Sturman anyway. In light of the case being steered, Bell believed it in the best interests of justice to throw it back into the hopper and have it randomly assigned, which it was.

I was the first person to post yesterday about this hearing because I was watching it live – slow day. I commented that I felt Sturman was being too agressive to try and keep the case in the face of an expired administrative order and two challenges (one procedural and one for cause). My posts were removed for "name calling" although I said nothing others don't say on this blog all the time – and I rarely post. Judges should not be activists, in my opinion. They should make a proper record and do the right thing for all involved. She could have easily reused, but resisted and wasted time in the process. IMO. Let's see if this post gets removed….waiting…waiting…

I admit, I have no idea wtf is going on with this. Sturman is the PhD principal who keeps calling out, Mueller, Mueller, bueller, bulla, bulla, Stu bulla, Stu bell-a, is a good fella.

Call up the specific department where you want to submit your proposed order and ask the clerk or JEA.

Email it to the department in both word and pdf formats. The email addresses are attached to the Administrative Order 2020-17.

The Biden crime family, acting with China, STOLE the election. You foolish globalists will all rue the day you voted for sleepy, creepy Joe Biden and the Manchurian Candidate Kamala. They are coming for your guns. You will be locked down for ever. You will work for 1 of 7 "companies" that are arms of the government & pollical elite. How do you feel that a crackhead Hunter and his senile dad get to live as political elite while you worry about making a mortgage payment. Don't be stupid. #resist

If its not sarcasm – Trump saluted a North Korean General; Trump loves Kim Jong-un; Trump thinks those that died in the service of the country are suckers and losers; Trump disrespected a war hero; Trump dodged the draft five times; Trump is a groper; Trump is a wife cheater; Trump is the King of all Liars; Trump did more damage to American democracy than any other person in history; Trump is racially divisive; Trump is lazy; Trump has small hands and all that goes with small hands. Lock up the whole dang Trump Klan. #makeTrumpsocialpariah

Thanks. You're a great illustration of the difference between McCain's GOP and Trump's.
