I'd like to know the backstory/explanation as to how Bernstein was able to force the arena in Edmonton to hang his ad banners in the penalty box there during Knights game. Seems like an interesting contractual matter to me. I guess I need to "call Ed" to find out.
It is the same sponsorships that teams would have gotten if they were hosting home games (since the contracts were already sold). Each time when it is the "home" team can hang banners and boards.

Yes, if Nevada Court of Appeals issues an order longer than 5 pages, or states that they do not need to address argument, then look at the briefs. That means that the order is a con job.
Any family law lawyers out there? Man and woman married. Paternity test shows he is NOT bio dad. Does he still have rights to presumption? Or does presumption not apply because of test? Thanks ahead of time!
Paternity – Husband/non-bio-dad would meet presumption because married at time but the clear and convincing rebuttal is the DNA test of the bio dad – that's how I read it but I'm not sure. So it would seem the bio-dad has the rights not the husband.
I would say it isn't quite that cut & dry. Look at the St. Mary decision. It is possible that both could be found to be dad and have parental rights. Under that Nevada Supreme Court decision, a good argument can be made that a child is not limited to only 2 parents.

Argue that current restrictions on gathering of 50+ are unconstitutional? See Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley v. Sisolak.

Henderson is truly a "pay to play" jurisdiction. Don Ahern, Ahern Rentals & Extreme Manufacturing didn't contribute to the election campaigns of the Mayor and Council members, which explains the $3,000 fine. Even though all 4 Council members are Republican Trump supporters, Henderson always gets your money, one way or the other.
Have any of you given the slightest thought to why the governor has placed restrictions on large public gatherings and requiring us to wear masks? It's called trying to keep all of us safe. It's called protecting those of us who want to stay healthy from being infected by boneheads. It's called doing his job! For heck's sake, people!!

It seems to me that an en banc court changing its mind on rehearing from a previous authored opinion should probably use more than 5 pages.

Check the paternity statute…NRS 126.051. Are you talking about the paternity statute or the custody statute?
