O'Reilly is an awesome attorney. Good for him.
He is a good guy too.
The valuation "expert" was Dr. Victoria Hartman, who appears to have twin PHDs in philosophy and “sexuality as a multi-disciplinary science”. Seems as if you can get a PHD in anything these days. No info about what school of higher education awarded this prestigious degree.
I wonder how someone becomes an expert in "porno valuation"?
It is 2021, isn't it? Its like Dr. Ruth never happened!
Who would leave their porn and sex toys behind and expect their parents to mail the stuff to them? The parents were supposed to pay postage?
I think punitive damages are appropriate. Who would throw away something worth more than gold by over half the population.
"I wonder how someone becomes an expert in 'porno valuation'"
That now might be a common question of high school guidance counselors, always asked on behalf of a friend.
The case got in to WDMI via DOC 1332(a) j/d, claiming that the value of the amount in controversy exceeded $75K. Those must have been some hot Hot HOT porn starz! I should change careers.
$30k for a dozen boxes of videos and sex toys, and 107 items of unknown value that weren't included in the award.
Sounds like a very sticky situation, but one the judge was able to wrap a hand around.
The prisoner deciding to end his own life…. led to the prisoner's suicide. And no, I am not a defense attorney.
Yeah. Mental health is rarely that simple. And if you think that the "system's" medical care is even remotely adequate, you are either high or a tool. This lawsuit will go likely nowhere.
"The plea resolves three pending criminal cases against Hinojosa, two of which involve conduct allegedly condoned and covered up by Topgolf executives."
So who is going to Topgolf now? Not I!
>One was for felony sexual abuse of a four-year-old girl.
>That's unrelated to the other two cases where he's charged with kidnapping and felony sexual assault of two women who worked under him in the Topgolf Las Vegas kitchen.
One of the employees says he raped her on the job and after she complained, he was promoted. Yikes. No Top Golf for me!
Rumor has it there's an attorney dating a marshal down at family court. Anyone have details?
I can confirm it is not me. I am also not dating any Judges. Also, despite the widespread rumors, I can confirm I am not dating Gal Gadot.
Cynthia Dustin dated a bailiff while a judge/attorney. So what?
That has been true for many years. I don't think it's a secret. Maybe it's a different one than you mean?
A many RJC affairs over the years.
An attorney dating a marshal? Who gives a crap?
I am banging a female judge at the RJC. Want any details?
A female judge at the RJC is banging me.
But I'm just a gavel ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Prize winning comment of the day.
Oh, look, Tetris.
Gripe for the day: Female employees who follow female attorneys into the restroom, stand outside the stall, and pepper the attorney with questions about some case. Two women have actually done this to me, as if this conduct is appropriate in some universe out there.
Substitute "Female employees" for "children" and "some case" for "anything that comes into their mind," and you have a pretty common complaint. Maybe they never grew out of it?

Classic attorney ego showing.
To which comment are you referring??
