I remember a BDR a few years back to make the square dance Nevada’s state dance. I feel like it should be something more suited to dancing to EDM.

Interesting to me how litigious elections are expected to be. EJDC Clerk’s Office has signs up for special Election Day filings.

USDC website has posted a banner

Emergency Filing Instructions
At the time the emergency motion is being filed or immediately after, the filing party must contact and advise the Clerk’s Office as noted below. See LR 7-4 regarding the filing of emergency motions.

Attorneys authorized to file electronically in CM/ECF must file emergency matters electronically. Pro se individuals that have not been granted permission to file electronically may file emergency matters via the e-mail portal, mail, or at the courthouses.

Election-Related Emergency Filings DURING Business Hours (Before 4:00 PM)
Northern Division contact: (775) 686-5800
Southern Division contact: (702) 464-5400

Election-Related Emergency Filings AFTER Business Hours (After 4:00 PM)
Northern Division contact: (775) 686-5811
Southern Division contact: (702) 464-5453

Guthrie was a patriot. The only people who have a problem with him are bootlickers and fascists. Daddy Musk and Granddaddy Trump do not care about you. comment image?utm_source=en.wikipedia.org&utm_campaign=index&utm_content=original

Oh Puleezee. Guthrie advocated socialism, was a communist sympathizer. He wrote a column for communist newspapers. He supported labor movements but less for collective bargaining and more for distribution of wealth (socialism).

Well, he definitely was (gasp!) an Anti-Fascist and a protester, which means he was an ANTIFA protester, and therefore, according to the Turd Reich, A DOMESTIC TERRORIST! That damn acoustic guitar and his voice were weapons of mass destruction!!!!!

Got a call from “Don Carpenter” at Clark County Sheriff’s Office asking me if I knew I missed a 10 am hearing in federal court today. I told him that I was with the fraud department and he said, this is not fraud, if you don’t cooperate we’ll have someone come out to pick you up on a warrant.

Anyway, seeing as how I’m not posting this from inside the CCDC, here’s your friendly reminder that scam is going on. I’ve seen others deals with it. They tried and tell you that you have to pay a fine or something and that they’re watching you, etc. The caller id said “Carpenter” as the name, but the number was “No caller id”.

I got the same call recently. It’s annoying, but it also baffles me that anyone would take this seriously because it was apparent that it was nonsense from the get go.

Polls don’t close until 7 so I’d image they will start trickling in after that.

How is a sitting EJDC judge the program director for NITA, charging nearly $3,000 for people to sign up and attend a litigation strategy workshop? Judge Gall is the director of NITA. What???

I am so glad it’s over. Think of all of the money spent, the misstatements, untruths and outright lies. Throwing shade was more important than real issues.
There has to be a better way, but I am not smart enough to know what will work.

People were still in line. No results until everyone is done.
