Dear LawDawg, I’m currently on the east coast and look forward to the blog everyday. Would you mind getting up 3 hours earlier every day to get it going this week? Thanks in advance!

Some recent rumors in the personal injury world. Heard that Jacoby and Meyers acquired Ed Bernstein’s practice. Is this true? Also heard that Morgan and Morgan acquired a local law firm. Does anyone know which one? Additionally heard that Ben Lurie is no longer at Neck & Back Clinics. What happened?

Bernstein sold to Jacoby. Morgan and Morgan is actually selling and it will close late this year or early next year. They will essentially only do car wrecks and mass torts with the private equity purchase. No idea on Lurie.
