I wish Keith was running against Ritchie, because I like them both.

Moss is awful. But who the heck is Travis Shetler?

Based on the poll performance so far today (with Moss way down, but now 1 ahead), I'm guessing she's got a "get out the vote" effort underway. Am I wrong?

Travis is an excellent attorney who does both civil and criminal work. He also practices in the federal courts. He is smart and uses good common sense. I have worked with him personally on several cases.

Travis would be a good choice. He has a lot of experience in different fields, as mentioned. He is also a good guy and that would carry over on the bench.
Plus any time I have appeared before Moss she was wonky…took agreed upon deal to finalize custody/support that the parties agreed to (after MUCH haggling) and threw it out. Not sure what or who she was serving in that instance. Maybe it was just a bad day, but certainly leaves an impression!

Judge Moss should be voted out she says she is looking out for the children's best interests but in fact dosnt look at the eveidence or facts at all, and often decides against them. She says she is in favor of equal parenting of children but take a look at her record in fact she rules in favor of the mother in almost all of her cases. Judge Moss likes sending children to court evaluators and phycologists to evaluate how the child is doing and what they would like but then doesn't take their advice. I have fought for the joint legal 50/50 custody of my child for years and even showing judge Moss my child has been failing school for years she still thinks that a change would not be in his best interest. Do you want that kind of a judge making decisions for your children?

Time after time news reports and attorneys have voted to get her of the bench but still she sits there dishing out her kind of law not Nevada law.
