Finally some references to great music! I saw Uncle Ted in the late 70s in California. Great guitar player and Cat Scratch Fever has one of the most recognizable riffs in all of music. And while we are walking down memory lane – one of the top albums of all time – Rumors by Fleetwood Mac – Christine McVie Passed Away today. Very sad.

Not really our market but Cooley laid off folks today – https://news.bloomberglaw.com/business-and-practice/cooley-lays-off-150-attorneys-and-staff-across-us-offices
Fired 150. All associates or glorified associates. Guess the partners will have to start doing some work now.
I'm self-employed. Considering laying myself off as a cost-cutting measure.
I am looking to get out of they profession. Have the finances to do so.
The
I just want to find a firm where I don't have to kiss the CRT ring.
CTR ring?
A veiled reference to a LDS managed firm I expect.
I don't think it was a reference to any particular religion. CRT= critical race theory. There is an entire secular dogma, adopted by many firms, as to how issues of race ought to be handled, particularly in hiring.
LMAO IYKYN
CTR – Choose The Right – A reference to the LDS religion – As I have pointed out before, most criticisms of religions get deleted in this blog – those that criticize Mormons stay up – but that is OK, we still love you
I am a Mormon. Let's pump the breaks on the persecution complex. We're doing pretty well in America and Las Vegas. It's not 1838 Missouri, or even anything like it.
I think 3:13 is still recovering from the 60s, when he did a little too much LDS.
Dear 11:07, "complex" hahaha I am directly responding to a post with facts
1107 and 1221
We do not call ourselves Mormons any longer. 2018 called and wants its nickname back.
12:35 – that's ok, the rest of us still call you guys mormons 🙂
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is just a mouthful
I am a mormon. i dont care what you call me, as long as you dont call me late to lunch
Every time I self-identify as Mormon, it's a major victory for President & Sister Nelson's irrelevant pet peeves.
Uncompensated member of the Mormon Probate Mafia checking in, 12:35. I'll happily refer to myself as Mormon, and overbearing members who want to correct me or anyone else over its usage can suck it.
1235 here.
Apparently, ya'll missed the sound of my tongue in my cheek.
I love my MoeMoe brethren. Pity none will be joining me in heaven, but I am enjoying my time with them here now.
Even Enimem loves them:

Rusty Nelson is #notmyprophet. I'm a product of Gordon B. and Thomas S so I'll die a Mormon, holding my "I'm a Mormon" cards, and playing the movie "Meet the Mormons" on a loop as I go.
3:20 wins the tribe comment of the day

I now sort of remember her from when Bucky was around. Seems like a sad story. Reddit identifies her as a "missing person" since 2020, so not sure what that is about.
If she is really missing, it's pretty sad that OBC and the RJ dunked on her like that.
I don't often watch Infowars. But this Ye and Nick Fuentes feed is frickin EPIC!
Break the internet, Ye! Break it!
Maybe I missed it on here, but the applications for Judge Bell's seat are open, as well as for Judge Harter's (RIP) and Judge Burton, who apparently resigned recently. Any bets on who submits for appointment?
https://clarkcountybar.org/judicial-vacancies-added-to-clark-county-court/
Adam Ganz for Bell. Robert Kurth for Harter. Too easy?
Isn't part of the consideration whether the appointee can win re-election? i think those two have proven they can't.
@4:03 – The question was who would submit. Not who would be appointed. I don't think winning factors into either of their decisions.
