Here are some opinions on how Las Vegas is dealing with the jury trial in municipal court issue. [RJ]

For now, the State of Washington is keeping an integrated bar association, as indicated in this document.
One of our readers shared an article from the ABA’s Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law magazine that deals with privilege in the context of business advice vs. legal advice. That article is not linkable online, but we found a similar article from earlier this year talking about the same topic. What is the difference between business advice and legal advice? Does this concern affect the way you practice?
Imagine going into a voting booth and voting for a guy who says things like "I, in my great and unmatched wisdom" without a hint of irony or self-awareness.
I don't understand why virtually all Republicans are AGAINST impeachment. Impeach Trump, and you'd get Pence, who is at least sane.
Really, that should have been the strategy from the beginning. Normal conservative for VP, rides Trump's coattails to the White House, impeach Trump. Boom you win AND you get rid of the clown who is dragging down the entire party's credibility / reputation. Good economy and low unemployment = reelection.
2:04, You're presuming Trump gets re-elected, correct? Because if Trump is either removed from office or resigns before the 2020 election, Pence's resignation, prior to what would be the vacant vice presidency being filled via Section 2 of the Twenty-Fifth Amendment, would not make Trump president again.
Also, pardons are ineffective in impeachments. If Trump is removed from office and disqualified from holding office, he could never become president again.
What is interesting to me is that those like 11:40 and 2:04 cannot fathom that there are so many of us who voted and support Trump. Look at the size of his rallies. Look at the 2016 win. You simply refuse to accept that there are people against abortion, that fear God, that do not agree with the extreme LGBTQ agenda, and who value families. Of course, you will reply back with name calling and all the catch phrases of the left. But I ask this one thing: Look at communities that are conservative – orderly, crime low, families, etc. Look at liberal, socialist countries and/or communities and what they have produced. We are out here. I, and everyone of my brothers and sisters, will get every last person we can find to vote in the next election. There are more of us than you think. MAGA!
I see Louisiana, Virginia, Missouri, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Arkansas in the top 10. I don't see California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Massachusetts.

Love the troll. Because of course people who didn't vote for Trump can't value families. If you want to take the comparison, show me how terrible Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, etc are?
This is 1:50 – I get that people actually support Trump, and I can even see why. In fact, I used to be a Republican, because I am pretty conservative. But I switched to non-partisan because I couldn't stand to be associated with the wackiness that now taints the Republican party.
But what I don't get is how conservatives can support Trump. IMO conservatives should be the ones who are *most* against Trump. There is something so obviously wrong with him, medically and/or psychologically, that he is more of a liability to the cause than an asset. Blind allegiance to the President and/or party holders is just magnifying the harm.
Pence is conservative – much more conservative than Trump himself. Why wouldn't you prefer a sane conservative over someone who makes our nation a laughing stock and is himself a potential threat to national security?
I confess I took the easy way out. I switched parties instead of getting *more* involved in the Republican party and advocating on behalf of decent people to run for office. Probably it's a lost cause at this point.
How can CNN say there is no evidence of Joe / Hunt Biden's corruption?
A drug abusing, flunkie son of a career politician is hired by a company in Ukraine that does stuff flunkie knows nothing about. The company pays flunkie $50k/month while Joe is in office. US Policy toward Ukraine is relaxed. An investigation into Flunkie in Ukraine is shut down.
That's all evidence to me and I think a case like this would survive summary judgment in Clark County.
4:00, was the investigation into Flunkie himself or the company? Big difference. But even assuming everything you say is right, it is possible for two different politicians to have done something bad. Biden could have been wrong for involving himself in an investigation that has anything to do with his son, and Trump could have been wrong for asking a foreign government to help him with his personal election.
I think Biden made a mistake. Whether it was corrupt or not, it at least has the appearance of impropriety. He shouldn't have touched that with a 10 foot pole, especially if there was already a widespread international effort to have the prosecutor fired. But even if it was corrupt that in no way excuses Trump's actions. So…Warren v. Pence in 2020?
4:00 here agreeing with 4:34 and raising with an investigation of Harry and his kids. Investigate them all. Trump won with "drain the swamp" because the constant corruption is always in our faces. People are tired of it. There are three sets of rules in the US for the elite, the white middle class and minorities/poor.
@2:32 "people . . . that fear God" – When I hear about God, I think of bubbles. The universe is made of bubbles. Hundreds of thousands of them. Films of matter surrounding vast voids of nothing. These films are made of superclusters of galaxies which in turn are made of clusters of galaxies. Our galaxy is not even part of a cluster. You have no idea how big the universe is! There is no God. Your so-called God is no more real then Apollo or Ra or Thor. If you believe in "God," YOU'RE AN IDIOT! However, religion does serve the useful purpose of getting Johnny-in-the-Cornfield to join the military and get blown up in the desert so that plutocrats can party at Hakkasan. ("I'm serving >God< and Country.") Oh, and BTW, those plutocrats are laughing at you and how stupid you are . . . .
Agree with 2:32 that a simple look at conservative countries/communities shows their obvious superiority. This is why most people, if given the choice, would rather live in Riyadh or Manila than Copenhagen or Stockholm.
Hot take here: Sebelius's article is very good.
Imagine going into a voting booth and voting for a guy who says things like "I, in my great and unmatched wisdom" without a hint of irony or self-awareness.
See the swaths of the great American public who voted for him and still support him. Not hard to imagine, unfortunately.

Impeach Trump-you get Pence…who will pardon Trump…then Pence resigns and Trump is your president again. Do it! Do it now! LOL

I think 2:32 is overlooking the prevalence of crime and drug use in red areas of the country.

1:50 again – and by "switched parties" I actually mean became a non-partisan. The Dems are also too crazy for me.

If we're gonna start investigating Biden and his son, I guess Trump and his kids are fair game, too.

Whoops. You are correct. Sorry. 2:32 here.
