Discussion started the other day about ADKT 611 which would allow law grads who have not passed the bar to do limited practice in legal services programs. What do you think the solution is? How can the profession protect the interests of those who passed the bar and at the same time address the growing legal needs of those who might not be able to afford your services? Can both be addressed at the same time? Is it time for Nevada to give serious consideration to reciprocity? Are you willing to start doing or do more pro bono work?
