Hutchison must be hard up for cash or something taking on this loser of a case. How is it a taking if the State says you don’t have enough water rights to build the project you want to build.
Hard up for cash. That is a great paying client. Every hourly firm in town would take that case. That is like saying Lewis Brisbois is hard up taking an insurance defense case.
