Kishner is the one incumbent who I pray loses.

The Devil you know on the bench is far better than the Devil who you may known has not been capable of even managing a court-annexed ADR program. People have no idea how bad McLeod is going to be.

I’m genuinely torn on this one. On the one hand, I think Kishner’s temperament is horribly suited to the job. But when it comes to the judgin’, she ain’t bad. On the other hand, in the limited professional experience I’ve had with McLeod, she was not that bright at all. And this is not in any way meant to disparage her. I am very undecided on this one.

It’s really a shame, because Kishner is very sharp, but her temperament is so lacking. She genuinely believes the resentment against her is because she enforces the rules. That’s only true in part. It’s *how* she enforces the rules. Maria Gall enforces the rules as much as Kishner does, but is somehow still both respected and beloved. Anyway, I’m voting against Kishner,.

this right here. Kishner is smart, but her temperament is better suited to being a middle school dean or some other position where it’s totally cool to treat everyone like they are misbehaving children.

The fact that she refuses to accept reality and continues to behave the way she does even after polling and feedback from many attorneys is what offends me. Kishner doesn’t get my vote because of that. McLeod is not my first choice candidate for any spot on the bench, except when she’s next to Kishner.

Kishner is taking this. Have you seen the amount of money she has raised?

The number of plaintiff attorneys that hate kishner because she does not put up with their antics and breaking the rules is entertaining to see.

As a plaintiffs lawyer, I love her because she isn’t afraid to sanction bs defense firms that drag their feet on 16.1 disclosures and discovery. She is a lazy attorney’s worst nightmare.

How much of that money was her own? Her father bought considerable properties along the strip in the 1960’s and made millions upon millions. She doesn’t have to be a judge for the money.

Anyone know if something is going on with the Nevada Supreme Court website? I have tried to access it from Safari and Chrome with no luck.
