Maggie continues to help grind one of Adelson's political axes. Of Counsel to the Fourth Estate is nothing more than one of Sheldon's FOIA/Sunshine law henchman. Check out how many stories are just anti-LVCA (competition) or state worker (ant-union). Fucking sheep.

It is sad our assembly gets more people than our judicial elections. Most of them are weasels.

I heard Voldemort will be running for office. I would vote for him if I wasn’t undocumented.

Serious question: What is it about Mark Bailus that made Mary Kay Holthus run against him as opposed to the sitting judges in the other departments up for re-election? Seems arbitrary. Does she perceive Bailus as being vulnerable? Did he screw up?

The backlogged appellate courts have time to indulge a 17 page "concurrence" at the court of appeals. Check out this for a hoot:

I enjoyed Jerry Tao's comment: "So it may seem a buzz-kill for me to object on grounds of something like "standing."

Now that MJ is legal in NV, will we see the term "Buzz Kill" more often in legal documents?

Tao can't get any decisions out but he wants a promotion. Government at its finest.
